I know nothing about dance.. so I will comment as the normal stupid viewer who watches dance shows for fun.. 😆

Drashti- nervous was written all over her body !! let's see if she can control it for the next time.. coreo was good.. agree with scores

Lauren- she's amazing !! but to be sincere was expecting much more from them !! coreo.. nothing wow for them.. Punit got Lauren.. he can do much more !! agree with scores.. they can do much BETTER !!

Shaan- hmm don't know.. he was confident 👍🏼 knows how move his hips.. wasn't expecting that 😆 coreo ya not bad..agree with scores

Sureh- comedy acts. NOOO !!!! and if it's as bad as this one even more.. -.- scores could have been lesser.. -.- I don't like comedy acts basta.. -.-

Aarti - never heard of the dance form "Bachata" but I loved it.. 😆 not all steps were finished correct... but still I like it !! coreo love it.. scores agree.. it's easy to impress someone who knows nothing about dancing (Karan and me 😆 )

Jacqueline did an okay job introducing the boys. I don't think she was just going along with it but the genuine enjoyment and charisma wasn't there. I did like her dance steps at the end before all the boys came together. It felt like she had more steps at the end than Sushant had at the end before the girls came in.

Ummm...regarding the guys...am underwhelmed by the lot...lots of improvement required across the board. The only one I will make allowance for is KVB cause he seemed to do pretty ok.

Sid my sweet, you did better than I expected but still so very very stiff. And less dramatic faces please.

Shaan didn't really dance...lots of strolling so can't critique him on that. He does have the showman face though.

KVB was pretty ok.

Suresh...comedy dancing...nothing more to be said 🤔

Well at least they did get people who genuinely can't dance/dance badly/dance okay-ish 😆

Saw few performances , was juggling between India's dancing superstars and JDJ. Show looks far better than last season. I have been following JDJ since its launch.

I like the fact that there is no screeching female host like previous years and other shows. Manish is my fav in the show and he never fails to deliver. Loved him . Kapil can do away with some indecent jokes.

Coming to performances of contestants , all were ok not great. Drashti was nervous and it drastically affected her otherwise good performance. Hope she is confident after the first glitch. Lauren looks overhyped , she was OK . Menon and Shaan won't survive long with these kind of performances though I would like to applaud Shaan for some of his moves , totally unexpected . Best performance of the day for me was of Aarthi , she deserved 27 - 28 IMO, she was sensuous and graceful.

Looking forward to Shwetha and the kids as well 😊

Intros: I liked Shweta and Lauren the best with Sushant. Jackie wasnt that good but I liked KVB's attitude as always!

Performances:

Lauren is better than Punit. She'll have good performances this season but her being in this competition doesnt make sense.

Shaan and Aarti did better than I expected.

DD was overhyped but underperformed.

Suresh is just here for laughs and fun... his score was a bit too high.

This is what I thought of Jhalak today..😛.

The opening acts were decent - not great...Sushant did way way better than Jaqueline... the later looked strictly disinterested!! Sonali and Sumant will need to be watched for sure...⭐️

In terms of the acts..

I think Lauren and Puneet stood out in today's acts..👏. Lauren was better than Puneet in a few places !! ⭐️

Shaan is at a real disadvantage on this show 😕because other than him and may be Suresh, everyone else is an actor or a dancer and naturally have a lot of dnacing experience.. But I thought Shaan did well for being a non-dancer!

I just could not take Suresh's dance - I thought the coreography was very vulgar there...🤢

Dhrashti was OK - but she has a strong partner who will lift her up.. But she lacked energy - Is she going to be the Pratyusha of the season?

Aarti - Again OK, not a stand out performance...

Remo's entry was superb... Madhuri looked very graceful and charming..😳. Karan was funny as usual... Ranbir stole the show from the rest..😳.

Manish and Kapil are surely going to be fun to watch! 😆
