Also, since we are talking about it, I agree that typing "OMG" or "LOL" is contributing to the downfall of the English language. However, those are now famous abbreviations. I don't care if people are not detailed with their grammer or punctuation, but some people type with so many short forms that it hurts when trying to understand what they are trying to say.

I rest my case at that.
