Everyone's perception varies, but wht I do find amusing is many feeling sorry for poor Mak whn he himself hasn't said anything to indicate dat. And of course he must hv many means to earn his bread nd butter, but Jhalak too was one of d means nd he chose to come. Also he was barely der for a couple of weeks nd I suppose it was totally his call whether he wanted to continue or not.
Of course he isn't going to bad talk a show having been on it. =/ One of the many reasons I've come to respect him. I don't doubt he enjoyed himself. There were many instances where we could see, he was having fun. But there were more times where he was clearly, uncomfortable than comfortable. He didn't to say anything. You can
tell.
I know that if I was in a show where people around me kept speaking a language I didn't understand and didn't even bother to try to translate or ensure there was some way I could understand, i would be very uncomfortable. Especially when they kept making all those jokes and he felt like he was missing out on something.. and the time they had to
tell him they weren't talking about him. How do you think that felt?
I'm not saying that the show should've bent over on its back to please Maks. Nobody is saying that. But isn't treating your guest with consideration common courtesy? Isn't that what we Indians are known for in particular?
