DDWTS is very different from JDJ because the western counterpart is exclusively about dance whereas the Indian one takes the concept (Karan)you mean sensuality???, expression (Madhuri)you mean the goddess? and technicalities (Remo) you mean biasness??into consideration so the judging criterion is very different

Drashti isn't exploding with excitement so I guess although there is room for improvement (more like a football pitch), but they're getting there.no comments. 😆

I think he must have more fans than andy who voted for him.

And was is kiku being addressed as Palak? That's not fair. In that case then Ashish should be referred to as Rudra and Pooja as Parvati Devi. It's an added advantage that she gets to be someone else.

True, I hope they stop calling him Palak and let him dress normally too. Kiku is a good dancer,so it will be more fun to watch his performances as his real self.

Another problem I have with is Shakti Mohan being a contestant. Don't get me wrong, I love her performances and actually wait for it but sometimes I feel her level of dance is completely out of reach for other dancers, kinda like Lauren last season. In my mind all the other contestants are actually competing and improving but Shakti is not even in their league. There's no unpredictability in the show with Shakti being there. I think the only way the judges can make it fair is by scoring Shakti more strictly than others like Remo did in the first round of scoring.

I honestly believe that shakti is a better dancer than lauren because lauren can't do indian dances like khatak while shakti can do both western and south-east asian ones. I believe mouni can compete with shakti,also generally dancers are much better this season. Lets hope choreography is good,so we can get to watch some really awesome performances.

remo was missing her?🤔..ok kidding, i guess she is a fabulous dancer and has a huge fan base,so CVs are bringing her back,so last season fan base will be back to watch her and in process they might like some new contestant's performance and may start watching the show regularly. I guess, that is why they brought drashti as host,so that her fans and anti-fans will watch the show and contribute to trps.

The whole challenger thing is unnecessary. I mean why do you need to give the choreographers a sample piece of what is expected of them? They're choreographers for a reason!

@bold I agree.I think if choreographers are just given an outer boundary and then let them do things in there own way, performances will be much better.

Another unnecessary addition -Maks. Why is Maks here? He's a gora, albeit a good looking one but a gora who can't understand the lyrics or Indian dance forms. It makes no sense for him to be a judge. I'm not comparing just saying that the shows are different and an Indian choreographer would better qualify for the position.

I guess to get publicity for show?...I think indian dances can be much better than their western counterparts,if they bring smoothness and flow in the acts because chemistry, expressions and themes are really good e.g. the robotic gabbra by punit and lauren

Initially I was pet peeved by the hosts but Ranveer is finding grounds as a host now and Drashti isn't exploding with excitement so I guess although there is room for improvement (more like a football pitch), but they're getting there.

Its in fashion to target drashti' hosting at the moment. Same people are making new ids and using them to comment, you can see from malice in words that they are one and same person.

Lets hope someone take action against this person.

I hope both hosts improve soon, i am missing manish and kapil. I hope at least one of them gets back as host.
