I didn't like the way prachi was treated! She's the winner thus she deserved the due respect. Urmila's comments were totally off key, she basically contradicted the judgements passed. For god sake prachi is a great dancer, and there is no doubt about that, yes sandhya is fabulous dancer too but please there is no need to disrespect prachi like that.

Prachi has done her share of hard work and this was reflected in her performances.

I totally agree with the post. Prachi deserved better treatment as a winner. Sandhya going on an on about how she has not lost, standing ovation for her means she is a winner, are just a case of sour grapes.

Prachi was smiling no matter what, She acted so maturely. In fact, apart from dancing, Sandhya's facial expressions were always the same, like this: 😲

The judges kept saying anyone of the 3 deserves to win, but at the end, Urmila and Shamak, ruined it for Prachi. And what was with Mini coming, hugginf Sandhya and ignoring Prachi altogether.

It is called inside politics that we viewers never get to know. May be they are disgusted by the fact Prachi was brought in by Ekta and who knows what were the votes. Why wild card entry this time around not during the first season. Why not give it all of the contestants. Bottom line is Prachi thought she had movie role that she needs to get going which was delayed then she wanted in so Ekta did all the dirty work for her....no decent person would like this type of stuff...where there is smoke there is fire...articles have been circulating for weeks.

I usually don't believe on commenting on an one's behaviour as most of the times we are not there in person, but I did definetely think that being Judges and co participants it is only fair that they should give the winner their 2 minutes of fame. I just felt bad for prachi that the judge was making comments that clearly show favortism. It is okay to favor one over the other but don't blame Prachi as the public voted for her and not that she forced the auditors to make her win.

I think sandhya was okay coz of course she expected to win and no matter what some bad feelings are going to show through especially when the judges have you believing that you are going to win.

I think either 3 of them deserved to win and prachi won so I have no issues!!! but the behavior was bad I guess....favouritism at its worst!!!

All I want to say in this is that the fact that Prachi, Jai, and Sandhya reached the finals prove that all three of them were entitled to the fame and the trophy.

So, there should not have been any bias from anyone if Prachi won... It takes away from your personal happiness. I especially didn't expect this from the judges... They are supposed to be most unbiased and they should have been kinder to Prachi.

Anyways, we can't be accountable for anyone's behavior. They did what they wanted to do however anyone of us interprets it.

I began watching Jhalak 2 because it featured Prachi Desai, one of my favorite actresses in Tellywood currently. I've been following the so called Sandhya vs Prachi battle too.

I make this clear because what I say henceforth is as an objective viewer.

Sandhya Mridul is a good dancer but dancing does not just mean pliable body movements. It also encompasses grace, fluidity and the right facial expressions, where IMHO, Prachi is a notch above Sandhya. Also, choreography per say includes execution of a concept through dance movements and Deepak always came up with more innovative ways than Javed. Javed danced well. But Deepak was a better choreographer.

As for the behavior after Prachi was declared the winner, well, Sandhya behaved as a real human being. How many of us, competing with another, will indulge in the true spirit of sportsmanship? Everyone feels a measure of resentment. What Urmila though was totally unethical. As a judge is not to belittle the credibility of the winner, her own judging skills or the public intelligence by making a counter statement.

All said and done, this was a fairly entertaining season.

^^ I agree with your points. I found Urmila particularly offending to me at least.. When Shamiak and Jeetendra were standing after the winner was declared, Urmila was just sitting with a gloomy face as if she has received the worst news ever. That was biased as a judge.

Prachi's performance on stage was always graceful, charming, and spell bounding whether she did the sweet 'channe ke khet mein' or the the item numbers like 'khallas' and 'yeh mera dil.'

n i thought it wsa super bitch of when mimi went cryin outa the thing..it wasnt her trophy..ya her n sundhya r bffs but that doesnt mean u fxin treat the winner like sh*t....i mean its jsut a show...1 has to loose 1 has to win...prachi is the rightful winner...sundhya HAD to work on her expression ..n had to stop thinkin of herself..but she ddnt change..thats wat made her loose
