"We do not remember days, we remember moments."- Casare Pavese
Life is memories. Not all are pleasant. Not all are sad. As we bid adieu to yet another eventful year some of us may look back with pain whereas some may look ahead with hope. Whatever be the emotion we all know nothing is constant and hence should ring in the coming year with goodwill and lots of cheer. It's that time of the year again...to re-assess, rejuvenate, and finally re-invent. As we welcome 2007, shaaditimes catches up with some celebrities as they look over their shoulder at the year that was and what they wish for in the year to come.

Flashback 2006: "2006 gave us the opportunity to do Jhalak Dikhlaja. It was the first show when both me and Parmeet worked together. It was the best working experience I had ever had. It gave me the opportunity to be with Parmeet and spend a lot of time with him."

Highs: "During the
Jhalak Dikhlaja days we had a lot of fights and arguments and were almost thinking about divorce. It was because of the pressure, script and deadline. Both of us are creative persons and we had our share of creative differences as well - be it on the costumes and script etc. These differences happen very often between co-stars but I think it becomes larger when you are a couple. But then we took charge of the situation at the right time and worked hard to overcome the pressure and evolve as a closer and stronger
jodi. I would not call this as the low of 2006. In fact it was the high because while rehearsing, travelling and shooting we used to spend more time together. We had a common make-up and travelling van separated into two coups by a common door and we used to play a lot of pranks. It was almost like going to a picnic or a mini honeymoon."
Lows: "Both me and Parmeet were not keeping well during this year and it worried us both. But I guess it is temporary and we will again be back with a bang."
Fast forward 2007: "I hope Parmeet's creative ideas and plans get fulfilled. I hope our elder son does well in his football and the younger one stops watching so much of TV and I shed more weight and look and feel beautiful!
As for the relationship I think marriage is a partnership and a good balance pays off. When there are rough patches then one of has to keep a cool. Silence speaks a lot. You can keep quiet and wait for the better sense of your better half to dawn."
