For me it doesn't matter who wins... but still I would be happy if Sushant wins as he deserved for being more consistent. He getting 30 every time might be debatable but that day he has been surely better than others.

And Personally I'm more fond of Shampa than him she really deserves those 25 lakhs more than any other choreographer in Jhalak this time. I really want don't Sushant "dancer" issue to be an obstacle for her to win this title.

My other 2 contestant would be Yana and Chang.

Yana

Personally these started as my favorites, but I really don't see any thing new from Salman choreography especially post wild card entry and I can't understand why Yana have smiley face for sad song. 😕 Infact in wild card round I would had equally been ok if Ragini was brought back as she danced atleast where all I saw was lifts in Yana-Salman dance. Never the less these two deserves to be top 3 because I don't think Ankita or Mahi deserves it.

Chang

He was really the "surprise" package this season. If you had last week I would had said Chang deserved to win as he is a "non-dancer" because he that spark and attitude.. but this week performance has been very mediocre to his level and I don't see his choreographer doing any thing different as she is playing safe by making Chang to stand still at a place by she doing all dancing which is being not good for Chang as I feel he is a good dancer and his hard work has been evident in his performances. I would love if Chang is first runner-up..

at first like before WC round i used to think Sushant, yana, chang sooo deserve to be in finals even though i'm a great fan of sushant,Ankita,Ragini,chang..

but after WC round yana-salman's perforamnce was not the same which used to be like before lke dere kalhari act,TKT etc..dey really have dat potential to give a toughhh competition to sushant, chang but unfortunately dey are not able to..i'm a bigg fann of salman (even moree during DID days) nd shocked also cos he said dey gonna do some amazingg stuff on the floor which future genenrations will also wont forget
chang is superb i mean underdog is just appropriate word to him and a round of aplause to marisha for making him lke dat..
but i would like to see Ankita along wid chang, sushant in Top3 as the way she is taking competition and the improvement she showed is fantabuloussss..she is a professional one and a amazingg dancer..an even though Nishant needs to be polished even moree he also took copetition seriously nd improved his choreography a lot(Thnx to Ankita's whacks to him loll)
even though dey are desering contestants i can see sushant, chang,Mahi as finalists after dis week's elimination :((

To be completely neutral for once, I think Sushant, Yana and Chang deserve to be the Top 3, and in that order. Sushant has been consistent, he's already a very natural dancer, and Shampa is not only best among the choreographers because of the choreography, but also because of dance. Yana dances extremely well, she's the best female dancer on the show, and Salman's choreography is very innovative. Chang has been a revelation and he's done extremely well so far, and though his dancing skills are in no way even comparable to that of Sushant and Yana, yet his coordination, no-mistakes, no-forgetting-of-steps: these are the things which work in his favour and he deserves to be in Top 3.

Continuing on a neutral note, I think Sushant DESERVES to win. Because he's undoubtedly the best.

But if I consider the fact that Sushant is trained and it almost always shows in his performances, then I feel it would be highly unfair if Sushant wins. So either Yana or Chang must win.

And NOW, if I consider the fact that I'm totally obsessed with Chang, and that I love him like anything, and that he's had the best groW*H without any sort of dancing experience and training, then I WANT CHANG TO WIN!!! :-D

@topicmaker : What makes you think Ankita will be in the finals? She's no match for either Sushant, Yana or Chang! She dances very well but there are lots of mistakes in her coordination all the time. Her choreographer is improving but he's not as good as the others at all.Only once has she given a flawless performance! How come she deserves to be a finalist :-S

I definitely want Sushant and Chang to be in the finals. That's for sure.

But for the third finalist- I'm sort of confused. I like both Yana and Ankita as dancers. If arm-twisted to pick one dancer, I would go by Ankita cos her expressions are better and she has improved a lot quite on her merit (her choreo hasn't really been so good especially in the beginning acts). But since the choreos too need to be considered, (they too will be sharing the award) then I feel Salman deserves to get it more than Nishant- he's very good as a choreo. But even then, I feel that Salman Yana have dipped after they came back via wild card- scores wise and my personal satisfaction wise (Please don't throw shoes at me for this, but their aerial act, even though it got 30 and was difficult, didn't TOUCH me). Their headless zombie performance was the only one I really truly liked since their wildcard entry. On the other hand, Ankita-Nishant have sort of picked up nicely post their wild-card entry. Shadow dance, boss-employee dance, belly dancing- all were impressive.

So I'm sort of confused over Yana-Salman and Ankita-Nishant.

About the winner, I want Chang or Sushant to win. I think they are both very deserving and so are their choreos. Plus I feel that somewhere their advantages get balanced. As wise Chang HIMSELF said in an interview, Sushant has the advantage of being trained, and Chang has the advantage of having more time on his hands, since Sushant struggles with daily soap shootings too and gets little time to rehearse. Plus these were issues that were known to both of them BEFORE they signed JDJ, so I feel that if brought out now, they would not get that much consideration in my eyes. In my opinion, both are at an equal level.

I have no problems in myself saying that Chang absolutely deserves to win, cos he has come this far without any training, but saying that Sushant shouldn't win cos he is trained (after he has put in so many weeks of effort and not slept properly for days struggling with his daily soap shootings and JDJ), is, in my opinion UNFAIR. I mean- he has put his sweat and blood in performing well and entertained the audience since the beginning of JDJ, and at the ultimate moment, he is dismissed off saying he is trained?? After all these weeks, saying that his victory would be unfair is not right, in my opinion, especially when he didn't go to the channel begging them to take him in the show, they came to him, all the contestants knew about him since the beginning, and Sushant simply did his best. If at all someone is to be blamed, it is the channel, and I don't think Sushant should suffer for that after having worked so hard.

And its not bcos I like Sushant that I'm saying so. In the first season Mahesh Majrekar (untrained) was my favourite, but I was completely okay with Sweta Salve (trained) winning the title too, cos if the channel had chosen her for this show it was not her fault and she had worked very hard too.

Yes, I would be happy if a non-trained contestant gives a tough fight to Sushant, and even if Chang walks away with the prize as well, then also I would cheer for him and would say he deserved it, but I don't think it would be unfair if Sushant wins, cos he too has put in a lot of effort, plus we must remember it is about Shampa too, who is quite easily one of the best in the show. I think both the guys and their choreos deserve to win.

However, since I'm one of Sushant's big pankhas, I personally want him to WIN!!! Especially the award for the most consistent performer at least should go to him and Shampa only. But I hope Sony and JDJ keep a special award for the contestant showing the best groW*H. I would want Chang or Ragini to get it.

If this was last week, or a couple of weeks ago, there would be absolutely no doubt that the three deserving contestants for the finale are Sushant, Yaana and Chang. However, I feel that after this week Chang and Ankita are pretty close in competition.

Yaana and Sushant are the two obvious contestants for the top three spots I would say. However, between Chang and Ankita, I think it would be unfair to say that Ankita completely doesn't deserve to be in the finale. I really don't know why people in this forum hate on Ankita so much. I think she's a fabulous dancer, and she manages to stand out despite the sometimes average/not so great choreography by Nishant. I would credit most of Chang's groW*H to Marisha. I agree that Chang deserves credit for improving so much along the way, but so does Ankita! Even when the choreography is mediocre, Ankita manages to stand out with her energy, grace and fantastic expressions. I don't think that should be overlooked! Chang's performance is completely dependent on Marisha's choreography whereas Ankita is a consistently good performer despite the choreography.

And I am so sick of the same repetitive argument about Chang not being a trained dancer vs. Sushant who apparently is. Since when is that a criteria for judgement? Judgement for who is deserving should be based solely on the dance performances, not other factors in my opinion. That is the only way to treat all contestants as equal and judge them fairly. Chang shouldn't get sympathy votes just because he isn't 'trained'. I agree he's doing amazingly well for not being trained, but that is not a criteria for winning the show! Why should contestants be judged based on their past dance background anyways? 😕

Especially looking at this week and the last, I feel that Chang and Ankita are now close competitors. Chang has grown yes, but Ankita has also always been consistent and shown us a variety of shades in her performances. I think it's pretty unfair at this point to say that Ankita doesn't deserve a spot in the top three finalists. It all depends on how these two perform in the next couple of weeks to be certain of course, but as of now either of these two are equally deserving of the top three tittle in my opinion.

As for winning, for me the clear winner has always been Sushant. It's not just about his actual dancing so much as the energy and soul this guy brings to his performances. The kind of energy him and Shampa bring to their performances is unmatchable in my opinion by any of the other teams. It's that kind of contagious energy that completely involves you into their performances and in Madhuri's words "takes you to another world", which in my opinion is the whole point of an art form like dancing. I could care less whether Sushant is already a trained dancer or not, the fact that he has given us such awesome performances this season is the sole reason why he is completely deserving of winning this competition. And of course, Shampa also totally deserves to win for being so damn awesome! 👏

@cute2stay: I'm becoming a fan of your posts and your analysis. Do you have a shorter name I could call you by?

I pretty much agree with many of your points, especially about Ankita being a good dancer and your last para. The highlight of Sushant and Shampa's performance is not his moves, but his expressions and energy.

Once Shilpa said on ZNKD about Akshat- "Even if you do a little, woh phir bhi accha lag jata hai." I feel the same about Sushant and Shampa- their enthusiasm, energy and expressions draws you to the dance even if choreography is not extra-ordinarily difficult- like Chumma Chumma de de. Every week, everyone sits in anticipation thinking what special act Sushant and Shampa must have prepared cos they come up with interesting concepts and new themes. Sony and JDJ must have made a lot of money cos of him too. And if he is tagged 'unfair if victorious' after working so hard, simply cos the channel chose to pit trained against untrained, then I don't find it right too.

I think My top 3 have to be Yana, sushant and Chang .

Yana and Sushant have been consistently performing well and are the two really best dancers on JDJ . 😳 Both the choreographers are perfectly fabulous, be it Shampa or Salman . so these do should be the top 2 .

I think Chang has improved quite a lot from day 1 in Jhalak and a close competitor is Ankita but I feel Ankita has not improved much . I personally dont find her choreographer much appealing .😊

Also , I am really partial to my fave 🤣 , well, everybody is , so I want Salman - Yana to win Jhallak 😳
