Me the topic starter did not even realize that this topic had this much discussions and had come to this level. I'm married too and I'm a fan of Karan... i DIFFer in your 1, 2, 3 points where you talked about him being close to Nicole. I would say that all these aremedia hyped and edited so well that interests a group of viewers and nothing more. You would tend to agree to my point, as you would not get a chance to see such AV's in the recent episodes, as all are very keen on practicing and so is Karan. These clippings were less with the other celebreties as compared to parul and karan as they are not from tellywood and there would be no interest for the viewers to watch them that way.

I would say it is no fault of these contestants and it it all because of the Media hype, the channel enjoys. It is the poor contestants, celebraties and the fans are the one who get into hot topics and spend their valuble time in such discussions.

Other point in the small kids reacting this way, being so emotional about their heroes...have we not been like that when we were young and did we not have our elders who were advicing us to not to do such things...so cycle changes, we have become matured and the kids are supposed to be like that and we should accept them like that now and definitely they would be matured, when they grow old...

I agree that the bigger blame lies with the channel as they decide what goes on air, but we all know how channels are, they show the dirt first.

SOmetimes I wonder, the money which all the channel make through this SMS war (which they stirr) is such a waste of resource in a country like ours. I remember Debojit in SRGMP had got 3 cr votes in the FInal, that means 9 cr Rupees. I dont know how many votes these guys get but surely its crores of Rupees being spent by all on these stupid reality shows which are substandard. In a country like ours i wish people had given away these amounts for development and causes rather than fill the coffers of the channels and mobile companies.

Its also good to know that there are some like minded and similar aged people with me on this forum coz and now I know what made me comment on your topic after posting no comments on this forum in the last 1 year. sometimes it looks like a teenage war zone out here between all the different supporter groups.
