Last week was a great week for Hard Kaur ever since she got a 30 from the judges because of her pasodoble performance. This week, she repeated her top streak with another fabulous performance.
For this week's theme, it was time for some golden oldies to return to the stage but with a twist. Before the contestants showed some interesting new choreography set to old tunes, the pros Saroj, Vaibhavi and Juhi, showed the audience theirs.
Since this week's theme was 50s music, Hard Kaur and her partner Savio wore adorable Hawaiian-style clothing and danced to the yesteryears tunes of the 50s in a merengue-style dance .
Saroj Khan said that their dance had her reminiscing to the days when she used to dance to this song many years ago. The song had Saroj Khan pining for the choreography when she was part of the song. She also praised Hard Kaur for showing different lifts and for Hard Kaur making the dance very sensual. She told her "Hard Kaur, you are hard core!"
Vaibhavi commented that Hard Kaur and Savio looked so adorable and cute. She gave a compliment by saying that they looked like twins.
Backstage after the competition, Shweta the host asked Hard Kaur to rate everyone in the competition. She rated everyone a ten and gave herself a 20! I guess she wanted to pull everyone's leg by saying she is a top contender. The judges gave her a total of 29 for her performance. It's only one point under the mark, but she still accepts it in her gratitude.
The show revealed behind the scenes footage where the contestants take part in a fun workshop where they do their freestyle and bond with other finalists. Hard Kaur took part and had some good laughs with the other contestants as they took a break from their dancing rehearsals with their partners.
Comedian Ali Asgar stole the show when he came in three different guises: Basanti from 'Sholay' Raj Kumar, Rishi Kapoor in 'Karz', and Aamir Khan.
'Chak De India' star Shilpa Shukla was eliminated this week after getting the lowest votes, but she wished Hard Kaur all the best after saying that she might have a chance at the title. What a good sport she is!
