There are and it's all to do with Physics and Mathematical formulas. I know it might seem strange but all the lifts (if done right) follow the basic principles of Physics - and people say a show like JDJ is only for Entertainment. They really need to look beyond pure entertainment and see what's underneath all that dance/lifts/steps.

Exactly and it's the Choreographers' duty to make sure all the lifts devised are not harmful and that they are possible. I know going beyond limits is what stands one out from the crowd but basic things like these are a must.

Disclaimer: I am not blaming Salman (Isha's choreographer) here or any other choreographer on JDJ5 but saying in general. I have heard about contestants sustaining injuries on many other shows too (Foreign ones included) and I always think they should really get the Physics right to ensure injuries are avoided as much as possible.

*edited: I am not saying the choreographers don't do all they can to ensure injuries are avoided but perhaps a bit more care would ensure such accidents are kept to minimum😳*

When Ariel acts, lifts are involved in act...choreo, support staff has to be extra cautious...to avoid any mishap...
If the techniques applied both by choreo and contestants is right...these injuries can be avoided...

If you say so, I simply said what I had seen from your posts. I have seen such bashing from your side. And I do not bash anyone nor do I expect others to do the same. But it's fine, I'll back off since no point in arguing for some petty issue. Ciao.
