My point was that Isha has been seriously injured a few days ago during rehearsals - I believe dislocated elbow and was rushed to hospital. Gurmeet's shoulder injury was a few weeks ago and I don't think that news would be scrolling across our TV's two weeks or so later - by now that would be old news and not the latest news.

She asked for a male contestant. It only made sense that it was Gurmeet, and his shoulder is still affecting him. In yesterday's performance, he was tending to his injury with an ice pack.

Nope, it wasn't a small injury. It was a very bad injury. It still hasn't healed. On Saturday's episode, he was tending to his injury with an ice pack. I don't know where you got sympathy from. As far as I know, Gurmeet hasn't made a big deal about it, nor has he blamed his injury for his low scores before.
