i also receive it sometimes before 100 or do not receive it even aftet more than 100..depends on the site logic to make the cookie expire..sometimes it could be becauae of the sign out on the corresponding domain page or idle timw perio d.. best option is to log in , count 100 on your own, wait for the page to reload fully during the 100 times..then log out from voting site , sign out frpm the corresponding domain site for which you are using the id...close all browser windows if possible , then switch to next id and login using the next id.
