It seems people want Isha to do Kathak on the ring, then it can be called dance. Anyway, I am yet to watch other performances, I just watched Isha-Salman beautiful act for now. That was fabulous.

Step of the week was awesome !!!!

loved the emotion{ the one and only expression} Isha gave in her performance and got the praises for that single expression...from karan 😆

Rashmi and Deepak were truly brilliant today! Absolutely amazed! And a welcome change from the dance routines that we are seeing every week on JDJ.

Back in this forum after a while to give a big KU-DOS to Rashmi and Deepak! I have only watched this season of Jhalak and was a huge fan of Deepak's choreography (especially Raabta), though I always found it frustrating that Pratyusha seemed least interested in executing it with any elan. Rashmi was fabulous and I couldn't agree more with Madhuri...that act has taken the 30 mark to another level altogether and I hope it stays there and others are judged according to that bench mark from now on! That is creativity, that is talent and THAT is entertainment! 👏👏👏

I would say, without a doubt, that this was the best performance of JDJ5, by far. I am so glad there seems to be a contestant who can match Isha technically, but also bring that much needed connection, allure...and for lack of a better term, "X-factor," that I have been searching for in Isha performance after performance but have failed to find. This competition just got a WHOLE LOT more interesting! 😃

The rest of the 30s paled in comparison. 🤔

I frankly found KW's act quite distasteful. There is a fine line between an aesthetic portrayal of sensuality and just literally showing it, and the crossed that line in more than one instance. I was very uncomfortable, and my mom was downright scandalised! 😕 I don't mean to sound prudish, and I am not, but that act literally made me close my eyes in places. That should be KJo's job to point out, but since his brain turns to mush at the slightest hint of sex, I didn't expect much from him. Props for the technical side though. KW was very controlled and the jumps and lifts were pretty fantastic.

Shibani...I love the woman, but today was not a 30 performance! Her robotic was not technically very precise as her cuts were not clear in a lot of places. Her expressions were fantastic as always though. The question really comes to mind...how was this Shibhani's "best foot" when she has never done robot before? They should have had her in a peppy, fast number full of fast-moving and flirty expressions. Why make her try something totally new for this challenge?

Ravi was just oodles of fun! His scoring was actually accurate too. Yay, judges. 👍🏼

And since I ended up talking about everyone else, I won't leave GC out. First of all, I am glad they didn't make a hue and cry of his injury, though we all know it is pretty bad. He did his act, got his score and that was that. Good for everyone on that one. I am loving Shampa's concepts and execution more and more every week! To create and execute a convincing narrative in just under 3 minutes is no mean feat and I have never seen a performance of hers and GC where you are left with only one feeling, or if you will allow me some jargon, rasa, throughout the performance. There are always different feelings and emotions overlapping and for that I applaud her. It wasn't GC's best performance, for that one weakness that Remo mentioned, and for the fact that it was too obvious he was thinking between steps. But I did love the stylised hand-to-hand and his sustained expressions were as always spot on (perhaps aided by reality this time! 😔).
