Punar Vivaah's Gurmeet Chaudhary says that he is 200 percent confident and all ready to impress Sridevi and bag the prize money in the dance reality show.

People usually get quite nervous as the final hit or miss moment in any competition approaches. Well, not so with Gurmeet Chaudhary. The Punar Vivaah lead actor says he is 200 percent confident this time about the finale, and not even Sridevi's presence in the last episode of the dance reality show could intimidate him or affect his performance.

Gurmeet plans to perform a power packed medley with partner Shampa and is sure of outperforming the other two couples on the show – Rashmi Desai Sandhu and Deepak and Rithvik Shanjani and Sneha. And the reason for the actor's shimmering confidence is that he believes he is not competing with anyone else but himself. A self taught dancer, Gurmeet has put in a tremendous effort for Jhalak as he juggled his popular TV show Punar Vivaah's hectic schedule along with rehearsals for the dance contest. And judging from last week's performance, when he danced a flawlessly choreographed Tandav, it seems there is little that can stop him now.

With such a confident approach, it seems as if the other two couples may have it really tough come September 30! What say, BollywoodLifers?

Colors' Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa season 5 that entertained viewers across the globe for around three months comes to an end on 30 September (2012). The day will also reveal the show's ultimate winner. Well, we are sure every one of you are waiting with bated breath to know as to who will take away the trophy. So are we.

But, in spite of the wait, we have our own favourites in Jhalak and so do the eliminated contestants of this show. Hence, we, at Tellychakkar.com, got in touch with a few of them to know about their personal favourites.

Shared Giaa Maanek, "Deserving people are already out of Jhalak. In fact, my elimination too was unpredictable. So, the winner too is unpredictable for me." On our insistence she came out with a name, "I think Rithvik is the best dancer on Jhalak right now."

Averred Ravi Kissen, "Rithvik and Rashmi are fantastic dancers but since Gurmeet has been on the show since day one and has grown as a dancer, he deserves to win. I have seen his growth slowly and gradually. There was a time when he used to score just 6 points each episode but then he started raking in as much as 10."

"Gurmeet should win Jhalak. Firstly because he has been in Jhalak from day one while the other two are wild card entries. If a person with a wild card wins, the next season onwards, people would want to come in as wild card holder and not from the beginning," observed Bharti Singh.

"I think all of them are fantastic performers but Rashmi has evolved as a dancer on this stage. I would want to see her as a winner," quipped Jayati Bhatia.

"All the contestants are good in their own ways, but I think Gurmeet will take away the trophy as a few factors work in favour of him. First of all he is a very good performer, secondly he has been in the show from the very beginning and lastly he has a huge fan following," stated Karan Wahi.

Well… we just hope that the best performer wins.

Well…we have heard what Rithvik had to say before the finale of Colors' Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa season 5. Now, let's hear it from Gurmeet Choudhary, a finalist who has been in the contest right from the beginning.

Gurmeet has truly grown and evolved as a dancer over the time. Let's hear him speak…"Currently… I am not thinking about winning or losing. I am very happy about the fact that my last act on the show was beautiful. Apart from it this show has taught me a lot and I have also become a better dancer now. I got to learn so much here," said Gurmeet.

Talking about how difficult it has been for him to rehearse and perform every week with limited time, given his commitment to his other show on Zee TV Punar Vivah, he averred, "I was shooting for 12 hours daily and then getting back to Jhalak for rehearsals. But, I do feel bad about the fact that I couldn't give my 24 hours to this show but I have given it my best."

We asked him one more time if he is worried about the results of the show and he stated, "I have got busy shooting for Punar Vivah. I do not have a minute to think about anything but yes, I am waiting for the results."

Gurmeet Choudhary wins Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa season 5...as per our audience poll

Well…the air is brimming with excitement with Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa season 5 reaching its final leg. Tomorrow, the final winner will be announced. Who will it be? Gurmeet Choudhary, Rithvik Dhanjani or Rashmi Desai.
