Suman's goes to her friend Meena's house as a boy is coming to seek her hand in marriage. They have an unexpected guest, the menacing Yadav has come to remind Meena's father of the money he owes to Yadav, and if the loan is not paid off in two days Meena will be taken in the factory to work. Madhav and Suman start leaving as Madhav does not want Suman to witness this incident but Yadav and Madhav get in a small argument and Yadav feels humiliated in front of the people. Madhav tells Suman that he will go to Yadav's factory tomorrow or bangles. But Suman is worried after the Yadav's incident at Meena's house.
