Yup! Safety is on the top of my list now! Actually, we have family friends who are living in the Clearlake/Pasadena area and they are evacuating that area and are coming to our house tomorrow. I'm not scared exactly, just worried about my tests😆 that are coming up this week. They'll all be post-poned and then they'll clash with my other tests for next week!! Uggh!!! Worst comes to worst, I'll have to go to Austin with my family!😕 The weird part is that my family lives in the suburb area and the ppl there are already packing up, closing schools down, and whatnot....and over here in the down-town area, nothing has stopped! I haven't even seen a drop of rain since last week, and even that was for a short amount of time. My sis had to drive through that last week; it was bad, but it cleared up within twenty minutes.😊
