COURT
Today's episode starts with judge' s announcement that the court is adjourned for the lunch! Armaan is holding jassi's hand with teary eyes and is not ready to leave her but lady constables are taking her away!
Outside the courtroom Raj calls her: Jessica!!!!!
Jessica looks back: jassi!!!
Raj is upset : jassi!( softly for the first time !) does everything change with a mere change in the name?( oh! Man! You are in love with this girl now!what a miracle!)
Jassi: no !!!! everything does not change Raj sir!whatever may be the face or the name, heart remains the same and the feelings remain the same!
Raj is thinking: she said that heart remains the same! That means she loves arman only still now!!!! Noo!! it can't be true!!! She cannot be jassi! Whatever may people think! It can't be true!( he is visibly upset and he rests on the wall of the court!!!!)
Amrit is crying: please bring my daughter back!
Billu: how can I bring her back! The court has not yet let her free!
Amrit is like a child: but now they know that she is jassi,our jassi! Then why don't they let her free till now?
Bebe: amrit !! I can understand you and you know,everyone wants to meet her now. But if Billu is saying that there are some formalities to be completed then we have to wait !!! please try to understand and calm down!
Mallika is saying to pp: everyone has become mad!can't they seeany difference between jassi and Jessica? She is trying to save her being jassi now and everyone is believing that!
Pp: but a point to be noted, if she is truly jassi then?
Mallika: are you mad? If jassi tries for seven births she cannot get jessica's style ,grace and beauty!she can never be jassi! And that Jessica I cannot believe that she can go so far!! She can prove herself as jassi to come in between armaan and me!I will never spare her for this!
Gang is very very happy now!! they cannot believe it that she was jassi and they could not recognize her !!they now realize that she is jassi and that's why she could make it very clear what happens to the middleclass girls like them! They are now praying that she looks like Jessica and be jassi forever!! They are just longing for her to come back!

Court starts again!Judge asks pp to proceed!
Pp: yes your honour!
Pp : I am quite shocked your honour! That jassi is jesica! If that is true then what murder and whose murder? Then the case is dismissed and the file is closed and jessica , I mean jassi can go home! And there is no need to waste the valuable time of the court!!!
Everyone is happy hearing that, armaan, Raj, Purab , jassi's parents, bebe, the gang and nandu!
The jugde asks : what to you want to say?
Pp: that is the problem your honour! Look, jassi or shall I say Jessica,your story has touched my heart1 if you told it earlier then it would not reach in this stage!you have already suffered so much! This society does so many bad things with a girl,like you. and I could have saved myself from disturbing you like this!!!miss Jessica! I am so sorry for whatever I have done! Please forgive me!!!!
Mallika is flabbergasted hearing all these from thakraal!

Or is it that you are trying to divert the court from the fact that you have killed jasmeet walia?what did you think, I have believed in your words?huh! law does not believe in stories!the point to be noted you honour that this woman has told a story in the court whch proves that jassi was really a victim of society and so everybody thought that it is better that she has become jessica! He says in a cool and slow voice: prove that you are jassi!
Jassi: what are you saying? I am jassi, jasmeet walia! Why should I give any proof of that?
Pp: who is jassi?court knows you as jessica bedi and knows your address and knows you as the woman who is under trial of jassi's murder!
Jessica is overwhelmed with shock and pain!!! She is crying!!! Mallika is smiling!

Billu comes and he touches amrit's shoulder to console her!
Jassi:your honour are all these required? Why is he calling my mama and papaji?
Pp:ma and papaji? hahaha! Suddenly you are feeling so sad for your ma and papaji!!!!
Pp: so you are jassi'sfather?
Billu: I am her papaji!
Pp: so jassi's papaji, do you agree that this girl standing in front of you is jassi?

She is Jessica and will be Jessica only!your honour when he went to meet jesica last night,she frightened him that if he does not tell in the court that she is jassi she will throw them out from that house! So jasi's parents were left with no other alternative than to call her jassi in the court!!!
Billu says : we are simple people! We understand the words of heart and not the words of money! And no paper of your court is required for me to believe that his girl is my daughter, jassi!
Pp: I can understand !! if there were any one else in place of you he would also do the same!
Billu: will not any father long for meeting his daughter? Will he bid her in the market? this may happen in your home Mr.lawyer!!! but in our house parents are parents and children are children!
People are discussing about what is happening!!!1
Judge orders to maintain the silence!!!
Pp: your honour! This is absolutely clear that miss Jessica bedi has done all those things very cleverly which one cannot imagine!!!if she can bribe the parents of jassi in this way then think about it your honour what she can do with others!!!if this happens, then truth will deheat !!!!s I request the court to order Jessica bedi to show solid proof that she is jassi!
Jassi cries: I am jassi! Don't you know me? how can I prove it???
Pp: there will be nothing by only shouting!court needs proof!your honour, the way in which she has influenced jasi's parents can also be applied to others also!! And in this way the situation may go out of our control!!!
Judge : the court orders strictly to Jessica bedi that until the case is over she cannot meet any relatives and friends of jasmeet walia!
Every one is shocked and silent!!!!
