Good morning, good afternoon, good evening to all my friends the world over. Hope you all are doing well.
Today's episode can be summed up in one sentence – everybody goes on an eavesdropping spree and snooping around Armaan's drawer.
GM JASSI'S CABIN
Today's episode begins with Gehna trying to convince Jassi that all media persons are not the same. She wants to know Jassi's real story. She then goes on to add that she will win Jassi's trust one day. (Aaj kal sab trust ki hi baat kyon kar rahe hein?😕) She thinks someone is using the media against Jassi and she will find out who it is.
MALLIKA'S CABIN
Mallika is talking to Puru with Gehna eaves-dropping at her door. She tells him that they should call a board-meeting to talk about Jassi's scandal as it ruining the reputation of GM. She then calls Pari jo as usual matak-matak kar aati hai (tauba ye matwali chaal)😆. Mallika tells her to inform everyone that there is a board meeting tomorrow.
ARMAAN'S CABIN
Gehna sees Armaan putting some files in his drawer. He tells Gehna that he has no objection to Jassi's going out with Purab as long as it benefits GM. The only thing he is worried about is GM's reputation.
GM CANTEEN
The gang are hostile towards Gehna. She tells them that if she was after some gossip, she would have gone to Jassi's enemies, why would she have come to them. She only wants to know the truth about her. The gang then tell her about Jassi and her journey from secretary to CEO. And they conclude by saying that Jassi has always managed to prove that Jassi jaisi koi nahin (T&D – we know the name of the show is JJKN. You don't have to keep reminding us).
JASSI'S CABIN
Jassi is busy signing some papers when Purab calls. He tells her to finish signing the papers, he'll call her later. She asks him as to how he knew that she was signing papers. He says that at least he has managed to bring a smile to her face.😳 Jassi is even more surprised now. Purab tells her that he wants to have lunch with her. Jassi says that after all that scandal, she doesn't want to be seen in public with him. He tells her to meet him at Imperial Club where the press will not be able to follow her.
ARMAAN'S CABIN
Mallika is trying to open Armaan's drawer with a screwdriver. Outside his cabin Armaan is talking to Jassi. He tells her that they should move the Kohinoor files from his drawer to a safer place before Mallika or the press sees them. Mallika then hears Armaan coming to his room and sneaks out, after managing to drop the screwdriver. Armaan comes to his room and finds the screwdriver. He has a Sherlock Holmes look on his face. Btw, in his cream suit, black shirt and yellow tie, he reminded me of butterscotch ice-cream. (I think I'm getting influenced by AL😆).
Now Gehna snoops upto Armaan's drawer (teering teering teering teering – just imagine the Pink Panther tune here😆). She finds it open and the files gone. She then sees Mallika approaching and sits down on a chair. She tells Mallika that Armaan had told her to wait there for him. Now Mallika the ingenious, has replaced the broken screwdriver with another tool, I can't remember what it's called (shame on me, I watch Bob the Builder everyday with my daughter and still don't know the name). Mallika tells Gehna that Armaan's drawer has got stuck and she is going to break it open. She is shocked to find the drawer wide open. Gehna is thinking to herself – iss drawer mein aisa kya hai? Usse Mallika ka kya sambandh hai? Iss drawer ka kya raj hai? (reminded me of the diamond pocket books ad😆).
IMPERIAL CLUB
Purab and Jassi are having their lunch date with a red rose between them. Purab tells her she doesn't have to pretend to him as well that she is fine. Jassi tells him that she is more bothered by the media because of her parents. Just then someone in the club recognises them and calls Jassi shameless (Arre Jassi, yey sab lighly lene ka aur gaane ka – aaj kal tere mere pyarke charche harr jabaan par…😉)
ARMAAN'S HOUSE
Mallika is telling Puru that there is just one drawer in Armaan's cabin that is always locked. And when she went to open that drawer, the drawer was already open. It was empty and the only person in the room was Gehna. So Mallika thinks that Gehna knows the secret behind that drawer. Puru says that maybe Armaan himself had moved those papers (Puru uncle is the only sensible guy of the whole lot it seems). He then starts scolding Mallika for trying to open Armaan's drawer and goes out of the room. Mallika says, "uncle," and follows him. In the meantime Armaan has been eavesdropping and has heard their entire conversation. With a slight smirk on his face, he calls up Gehna. He asks her to come to the office the next day as he wants to tell her a secret about GM which nobody else knows – NOBODY!!!
So doston, aisa kaunsa raj Armaan Gehna ke saamne kholne walla hai? Jaanne ke liye padiye Diamond, I mean dekhiye JJKN ka agla episode!!!😆
POINT TO BE NOTED
There was no Aryan in today's episode – reason - the writers are in a dilemma – now that they have transferred Aryan's role and dialogues to Armaan, they don't know what to do with Aryan!!!
