VIKAS BHALLA:

When I was in college, I tried smoking. After I have taken to singing seriously, I stopped completely. Smoking affects every part of the body. Anything in excess is an addiction and any addiction is bad.

I believe some people need to hold something between their fingers while conversing and if you can think of an alternative, using a cigarette can be avoided. It's only with will power that one can overcome this habit.

Great post. Though I am not a big fan of him, I appreciate his good thoughts!!!

Well I am not sure but I think Apu smokes, right, please correct me if I am wrong!
