Another great episode, with Purab making an appearance for just 2 minutes.
WALIA HOUSE
It starts with Jassi staring down into the handsome face of Armaan Sir, who is looking extremely hot with the rain pouring down him. He looks up at her, spreads his arms and gives her a smile that would melt even Uma Bharti!!!😳
Jassi runs down, stops before a mirror and tries to smoothen her hair with her fingers, then sighs and says – what's the use. My face is not going to change!!! (Don't worry Jassi – just a few months left for the makeover).
ARMAAN'S CAR
Jassi sneaks out and slides into Armaan's car.
Armaan – sorry for bothering you so late.
Jassi – no sir, I'm sorry for throwing the stone at you.
Armaan – I thought you didn't like my coming so late at night to your house. Were you sleeping?
Jassi says in her mind that how could I sleep? (Exactly – how can anyone sleep after the most good-looking boss has just said ILU to her!!!)😳
Armaan – remember what I said to you earlier today? (As if she would forget, even if she tried to!!!) In his mind he says – why didn't you say that you too love me?
Jassi – Sir, aapne sharab pi hai?
Armaan – Yes, I've had booze and all because of you!!!
Jassi – what?
Armaan – I mean, if you don't like it I will stop drinking.
Jassi – no sir, that's not what I meant. Actually it is not safe to drive when you are drunk ( this jassi is so cute – Armaan ke saare romantic dialogues ka faluda banna deti hai. But she sounds really cute).
Armaan keeps looking at her lips, mesmerised, as she keeps talking. Then very gradually he starts bringing his face close to hers, while the sparkle-sparkle music plays in the background. (yay, I finally heard that music today).😳 Suddenly Jassi realizes how close he is to her and says – "Sir!!!" Armaan says "shhhh" and is about to touch her face when Jassi opens the car door and bolts. Armaan stretches out his hand to stop her but the door bangs shut over his fingers and he lets out an "aahhhhhhh!!!"😆
Now our bheegi billi (ek hi din mein do baar bheeg gai – sukhar manao pneumonia nahin hua!!!) runs upstairs to her room.
ARMAAN'S HOUSE
I the meantime Armaan is home and Mallika calls him. He is busy putting a crepe bandage on his injured hand. Mallika asks him where he had disappeared to. He tells her that Raj had organised something and he had gone there. She asks him how it was. He remembers his futile attempt to kiss Jassi and says – "flop!!!" 😆She then asks him for a good-night kiss and he again remembers the missed kiss with Jassi!!! 😆Mallika says – "Armaaaan, phone par hi so gaye kya?"
WALIA HOUSE
Our Jhansi ki rani has again changed out of her wet clothes and is writing her diary. She writes – why did you do that Armaan Sir. I thought you respect me. Did you really think that I am that kind of girl? Is this what love means to you?
It's morning. Billo papji wakes jassi with a cup of tea. Jassi quickly closes and hides her diary under her pillow. He checks her temperature and forbids her from going to work. But Jassi is desperate to meet Armaan Sir.
PURAB'S ROOM
Purab is in his room, brooding about Jassi and sees flashback of the time they had spent together. And for the umpteenth time they showed their Titanic pose where Jassi looked like Charlie Chaplin.🤢 (Anyway, this scene lasted just 3 mins, much to Hansa's relief. Don't beat me Purab fans!!!)
WALIA HOUSE
The Walia parivaar is at the breakfast table. Billo papaji scolds Jassi for getting dressed. He tells her to wear her sweater, lie in bed, watch tv and read Griha Shobha,😆 but khabardaar, if she went to work!!! He then adds that since Armaan got engaged just last night, it should be chutti at GM today. Jassi insists that it is very important for her to go to work today. Papaji tells her to give him one good reason why she HAS TO go to work. Jassi thinks of Armaan saying ILU and wonders how can she tell papaji why it is so important for her to meet Armaan.
GUL MOHUR
Raj and Armaan are in his cabin.
Armaan – you only told me that you want Jassi's confirmation letter.
(Now the best dialogue of the day) –
Raj - I asked for a letter, not to raise a lust storm!!! 🤣You wanted to win the Mahabharata in one day or what?
He then advises Armaan to play the sympathy card by showing her his injured hand and giving her some flowers.
WALIA HOUSE
Billo papaji is sitting at the main door, blocking it.😆 Amrit, Bebe and Jassi are sitting on the swing glaring at him and shaking their heads. Jassi is thinking that if I donn't go to work, I will get sick even more. Just then Nandu comes along singing a romantic song. Billo grabs him by his ear and scolds him for letting Jassi xome home alone in the rain. Nandu then tells him that Purab was also there and that he might come home looking for her. Billo papaji tells Nandu to go and sit at Nathu's shop and call him if he sees Purab coming this way.
He then goes inside and tells Jassi to go to Work. Jassi is of course thrilled and rushes off. Then papaji asks Nandu – "tell me one thing, how do we send this Purab (East) to the West?"😆
GULMOHUR
Armaan is still nursing his injured fingers. (Men are such babies I tell you!!!) Jassi enters his cabin and the 2 love birds keep looking at each other and then keep shyly looking away, as the hey-hey…lalalala music plays in the background.😳 Jassi sees Armaan's hand and says – Sir!!!
Armaan – no jassi. It is I who should apologise. Please forgive me for what happened last night.
Again an eye-locking session.😳
Armaan – I did not sleep all night. You will forgive me no jassi?.... one minute…these are for you.
So saying he picks up a bouquet of flowers and is about to give them to her when Mallika barges in and says – "flowers, for me!!! Armaan, you are so sweet. I didn't know you'd become so romantic after your engagement.."😆
Janda are so stunned, they just keep looking at each other. Mallika lovingly puts her head on Armaan's shoulder. The camera zooms on Jassi's sad face which seems to say that even if it is true that Armaan loves her, the woman he is going to marry is Mallika!!!😭
