The episode begins with Puru asking Jassi what was written in the fax. Both aryan and arman look at her anxiously , Jassi comes near him and tells them that the letter stated that Mr.Purab Mehra wasnt interested in buying GM and had cancelled the deal . Aryan is shcoked and snatches the letter from Jassi assured that Purab wouldnt do that to him and reads the letter in shock . Arman and the rest are relieved while Aryan looks at him in shock and anger.
Purab writes a letter , telling her that he had always respected her and though she didnt believe that someone could love her , he had always loved her , she might wonder why of all the people he loved her when she wasnt even beautiful but she had no idea that for him, she was beautiful as she had a good heart, intelligent and also her smile made all his worries go away . He further writes that he would go away from her so that she could think abt it . He also tells that his sole purpose of buying GM was personal and not for his business but she couldnt understand his motive and feelings. But he was sure that one day she would understand him and on that day he would gift her GM when she becomes his humsafar and he would surely come back as he couldnt be away from her for long and gets ready to leave.
Back in the boardroom , Aryan is shocked but then controls himself and tells Puru that he did all that for the better of the company. Arman says sarcastically " Oh really " and shouts at Pari and asks her what Aryan had said to her and whether he mentioned to her that he wanted to become the chairman of GM or not . Pari is fear nods her head giving arman a reason to smile victoriously at Aryan , Puru asks them to stop and tells aryan that he doesnt need to defend himself anymore . He asks arman abt the sales figures for the quarter , Jassi speaks up and tells him excitedly that their sales had gone up by 25% over their projected figures and they were getting a lot of offers from international clients and they have also got a lot of offers from local clients and bcoz of that , they had abt 20% profit . Arman smiles victoriousl while Puru is kind of relieved and impressed , Aryan still isnt ready to believe and tells Puru tht Jassi was loyal to Arman and would do anything to protect him . Puru asks him to not speak like that abt Jassi as she was the most honest and hardworking person in GM and infact they all should learn dedication from her , Jassi looks at arman while aryan looks down in shame . Puru continues to say that Jassi was invaluable to them and they should never lose her , Jassi meanwhile speaks to herself thanking Puru for his appreciation but she was no longer going to be a part of GM as she was leaving . Puru warns Aryan to not do the same mistake again and they would all forget what happened and he hoped that he wouldnt have to hear something similar ever again and leaves announcing that the meeting was over . Jassi meanwhile thinks abt her promise to HM that she would be back in IFH by afternoon and is already late.
She goes to her cabin and makes a call to IFH and asks her speak to HM to inform her abt her delay . The receptionist informs her that she wasnt in the office so Jassi decides to call up her cell phone , HM picks up the call but is upset and cuts the call when she hears Jassi's voice . Jassi is suprised that HM cut the call and thinks that she would have been really upset coz of her delay .
Bebe and Amrit are folding clothes when bebe tells her that she had seen a lot of life and she very well knew to differentiate between the good and the bad and both her heart and her mind said that Purab was a good guy . Billo who is hearing them asks her if she was implying that he was worng and hadnt seen life at all .Bebe shouts at him telling him that he saw everybody with suspicion sitting in that jhula , the whole day and leaves . Billo comes to Amrit and asks her again if he was indeed suspicious of everyperson that comes through the door , Amrit tells him that she never thought anything and didnt even open her mouth abt it .
Arman comes to Aryan and asks him sarcastically if Puru asked him to get out of GM .Aryan gives it back by saying that he wouldnt leave before him and his battle wasnt over yet and he would try again to achieve his mission and leaves while arman looks on .
The gang ask Pari abt the details abt the board room meeting , she tells them that the meeting very well and Arman still remained the chairman and that his assistant would be herself and leaves with the gang dissapointed .Just then HM enters asking for Jassi , Maria calls up Jassi and informs her that someone had come to meet her , they ask her for her introduction , HM replies jokingly that she was the MISS india 2010 , the gang laugh and are inpressed when Jassi comes down . She tells HM that she was trying to reach her , HM takes her aside and asks her if she was allright and if the problem in GM was solved as she knew that they were going through a big big problem .She praises her goodness telling her that she had so much good in her that she went back to her ex-company when they were in trouble . She also tells her that she knew that Jassi was confused and not able to decide to be back in GM or join IFH but she asks her to make her decision soon as they were waiting for her .
Raj and Arman are happy yet cautious abt the future. Raj remarks that Purab was gone but there is also a possibility that he would come back and also if Jassi went away then she would take away GM and Kohinoor with her . Arman tells him that Jassi was honest and truthful and he always trusted her and he knew that she wouldnt trust him or GM ever . Raj asks him if he trusts her so much , arman replies that he had always trusted her and knew that she was innocent and thats why people took advantage of her innocence . Raj taunts him by saying that they too were amongst the ones who made use of her and what would happen if she goes back tyo Purab . Arman confidently tells him that he knew how much Jassi loved GM and that he also knew that once someone broke her trust and lied to her , she never forgives them and wouldnt talk to them ever . Raj asks him to somehow stop her from leaving as that would become a big problem for them.Arman tells him that he would convince Jassi to stay back.
Aryan and Mallik are in her cabin . Aryan tells her that he felt that Jassi was somehow involved in this whole Purab thing and she would have somehow stopped him from going ahead with the deal . Mallika is furious and shouts at him for thinking abt Jassi conveniently fogetting what he did , she was disgusted that he included her name in the shareholders list without even informing him and she didnt know that he was so desperate to become the chairman . Aryan tells her that he did what he should do and didnt have any regrets , Mallika tells him that Puru uncle was asking her a thousand questions through his eyes and she was ashamed bcoz of him and thanks to her that she saved him from shame . Aryan gets offended and tells her to break all ties to him if she was so ashamed and give everything to the Suri family .Aryan comes to her and tells her that the suri family would never allow her to become part of their family and never allow him to be a part of GM and thats for sure and she would one day realise it and then she would have to accept her share of insults and betrayal from them. Mallika thinks abt it deeply
Jassi comes to Arman and before she could speak , arman thanks her for coming to the boardmeeting on his request . Jassi tells him that she wanted to tell him everything abt Purab and that she and Purab were friends and they met coincidentally and that she didnt know anything abt his GM interest. Arman asks her if she was responsible for calling off the deal , Jassi replies that she had no clue nor did she do anything of that sort to influence Purab , arman is surprised . Jassi starts crying and apologises for everything and she didnt know Purab would do anything like that and she felt guilty and she never wanted anything to happen to GM . Arman is moved a bit and asks her to forget everything and think abt its future . Jassi tells him that she wanted to clarify everything and apologise for any mistakes that she made or any harm that came to GM bcoz of her friendship with Purab before she leaves . Arman is shocked and asks her if she was leaving , Jassi tells him yes she was and she had to take this decision as she wasnt laayak for GM and is about to leave when Arman stops her telling her that wouldnt she want to hear what he wanted to say to her . The episode ends with Jassi turning back and Arman's eager look.
Comments : Why would a CEO come to GM for an employee . I mean it was illogical for HM to come to her rival company looking for Jassi . Loved the boardroom meeting and also like the convo between Aryan and Mallika .
