Eye candy romance develops usually to blossom into mature love. Unlike on Indian television where romance is scripted and executed to promote another serial. This is shortly going to be the case on primetime Sony. The romance between Armaan Sir and Jassi of Jassi Jaissi Koi Nahin is blooming like never before with Jassi's prince charming presenting her the gift she's been waiting for. Armaan will impress his lady love with an engagement ring. And guess where it is bought from? Kkusum's Abhay Kapoor's newly launched jewellery showroom! This is not the first time though that the channel has inter-mixed their serials. In the last month, Indian Idol finalist Aditi Paul sang for Kkusum and Sony's another primetime show called Kaisa Yeh Pyar Hai. The Indian Idol troupe was also there to witness Kumud and Kshitij's wedding weeks ago. Recently, Jassi Jaissi Koi Nahin also witnessed the team of CID probing the murder attempt at Jassi's lawyer, played by Saakshi Tanwar. Commenting on the interplay of episodes, producer of Jassi Jaissi Koi Nahin Tony Singh says, "It was the channel's idea. I am open to off beat ideas that give pleasant surprises to the audience." It looks like the magic of Indian Idol Abhijeet Sawant (who sang a romantic number Thum Ja for Armaan in the show) seems to have worked on Armaan and Jassi's love. Abhay's jewellery showroom was launched in the memory of Kkusum (whom Abhay believes to be dead). A fashion show was held in the serial with models like Tanaaz Currim, Karishma Tanna, Mini Mathur, Nigar Z Khan, Anupama Verma and Juhi Parmar walking the ramp to mark the showroom's inauguration. This ramp show also unveiled Abhay flaunting his blonde hair. With intermingling of serials still being the flavour of the season, one can expect Angad, the rock star singer of Kaisa Yeh Pyar Hai to judge the contestants of Sony's next reality show, Fame Gurukul- a hunt for the nation's best singing talent pair.
