I am disappointed with Ila Suri

Sorry for this offtrack topic, but I would really like to understand what Ila is thinking. Agreed Mallika is her foster daughter, probably a real mother also would not forgive her child blindly if he or she did what Mallika has done. Still, Ila expects Armaan to forget everything and get back with Mallika. This is wierd and bizzare to say the least.

For a moment, even if Jassi was not in the equation why is Ila hell bent on Armaan getting back with Mallika. Surely she knows they are as incompatible as antimatter and matter. Does she not care whether Armaan is happy or not. Sorry people, had to get this out of my system.

So true.. I have no clue why Ila is shown supportin mallika at all...

Maybe that is why they will show MR SURI later on... to knock some sense into the old hag... I am sorry- I used to love her- but now I hate her.. she is like middle-aged MALL!

yeah, i agree, KDokka. I thought Ms. Suri was a good woman, but I guess, she is gonna take on Armaando's mother's role going forward....hopefully, the story gets better from here on out.

coming to the topic - hate her or not....i still think her character is the less of the butchered of jjkn...armando's mom was not very likeable in blf either...

and for some reason i like this twist as compared to the court scene..jessica shooting...purab blaming ....CID crap....

awww come on guys..we know the show's on for another year so its better having more digestible twists than the indigestible ones...

maybe they are trying to get back to blf track where this angel will play alejandra's role ,i hope they very soon show arman -jassi marriage ,othrewise they will add twists and twists to separate them everytime this happens

They want to show everyone anti-Jassi ... Jassi Jaissi Koi Nahin because she manages to make enemies wherever she goes ...

let me play with devil's advocate. put yourself in her shoes , and you will realise most of us would react like ila(sometimes even parents are misguided though well meaning). here is why

1)she knows that mallika is social, financial and lookwise equivalent of armaan....so why would she not favour mallika

2)she is very confident about some things.....mallika is obsessively in love with armaan(has always been since childhood) also she is perfectly capable of fighting for armaan, forgiving his transgressions and strengthening his position in gulmohar even if it means butting heads with aryan. her loyalty to gulmohar is unquestionable for most part.overall she is not a bad person(maybe a little shallow and jealous). practically speaking she is the pawn that can make or break armaan's future.

3)her son is behaving erratically (he undid everything suris probably spend thier entire life working and dreaming for in a few days). with his past track record romance wise and behaviourwise, little credence can be lent to his current obsession called jassi(it will soon pass over once he faces the realities of life, morever what are the odds that jassi is not a golddigger, she did manage to become owner of gulmohar in very short time. also she is not strong enough to deal with armaan....being a yesman(she is forever a doormat in his presence) does not make her a good wife(a good secretary /friend would have prevented armaan from making mistakes that he made). mallika always stood up to him , a reason why he did not want to tell her the bitter truths of his failures.

4)marraige of convienence maynot be the best thing , but they normally turn out very successful specially in the worlds of high flyers.actually if you look at it very objectively in a coldblooded way(which is probably what ila is doing) , there is no better match than armaan and mallika from many aspects(forget the love part for few minutes...also marraige has a way of binding two people together and induce love in long term). jassi is the most unsuited match for him or purab for that matter.

yeah , i too hate ila suri, i could not digest that too, and look at her , she dismissed mallika's crime as choti si ghalti😡, i cant stand this at all, i want arman-jassi marriage asap😕
