The change in Armaan is being done too quickly and too drastically. It is very unbelieveable. The Armaan I saw last night was nothing like the Armaan I've been watching for a year. I think the writing is just terrible. Boo on you T&D!
The change should've come about more gradually and naturally. Right now it looks like Armaan has a split personality. I mean what was the point of all the lies to Malika and Jassi both, the "I love you Jassi" (which went nowhere and was just a dumb plot device, in my opinion), and then the "I hate you Jassi!" which he said behind her back at least three times, maybe more. Also, why the whole nonsense with letting her be CEO and then trying deperately to remove her from the position by deceitful methods? None of it makes sense. It looks like Armaan is suffering from a mental illness the way he is being written.
I have a feeling that the writers are going to portray Purab as the jealous type and that jeolousy will gradually shift to out and out anger...then it will be much easier for the audience to root for Armaan to end up with Jassi. I haven't read any inside info. and I don't know what Sweta Kwatra will be doing on Jassi, but I have a feeling that her addition will only make things worse. 😕
On a positive note (the one rare one I could find, ha!), Jassi's salwar kameez last night was beautiful. Orange and hot pink is a great combo and so in style now. Have you noticed that her clothes have been getting better and better lately? In the beginning she wore those bahenji cotton salwars all the time, now her clothes are more hip and colorful, and cooler. I guess that's another way to build up to the whole transformation. 😊
Oh yeah, and I thought I read that Vivek Oberoi was supposed to make a cameo on JJKN...whatever happened to that?
