I agree with you Jassisuriji, she is not Mahaan, after all she is a normal Human Being and in deed a woman. No matter how good Sanskaars our parents give us and how much we try to follow Indian traditions as to accept ourselves as a WOMAN, MOTHER and WIFE and how many times we read Mahatma Gandhi's AHINSA stories, but we are still HUMAN BEINGS and our HEART and BRAIN don't work in same direction. We tend to be emotional. Jassi will not accept this immediately. Eventually she will accept this for the sake of her love for ARMAN and VEDHIKA. Time is the bigest heeler. She will accept and love Vedhika from her heart, once she is able to control over her emotions and disappointments.

BTW, I am really sorry, Jassisuriji that I missed to mention your name but I really respect your comments on this topic. Akhir ek aurat hi aurat ko samaj sakti hai.

after the original story ended, actually the story should have been called mona jaise koi nahi, coz tnd could no longer do justice to jassis character, and mona had to act out inspite of everything,and she did act out well .

by the way when i said normal women, i meant any women no matter what she is by way of character - idealisitc, good, bad whatever, cant digest her husband having another affair so easily,and i am glad tnd for once did not show jassi accepting this part of armaan(though it was untrue) so easily

yes i agree with u that it was normal for her to be hurt. i don;t think she handled it with maturity however. really, knowing armaan for so long, she could have sympathised with his trauma and confusion and stayed with him instead of running around shedding tears. i thought that was a poor show. the least she cud have said is that the poor 5 year old has become an orphan. i'll take care of her no matter what and then later, deal with the situation with armaan. just what i know i wud hav done. when u choose to care for someone's child, its not too hard. someone earlier compared this storyline with maasoom for obvious similarities. the main and important difference is that armaan did not cheat on jassi to make this kid. He did not have any affair.
especially when the poor kid's mom died, j cud have not just shown, but FELT sympathy for the girl. its easy to pretend and show that u care. its hard to sacrifice for someone and do something. those are the ppl i can say are great! i wonder what u think.
i like ur posts and ur composure jassisuri & yes, mona is doing a good job. Too bad we met on this forum after i lost all respect for j's character. i used to say janda forever b4. now as even a blind bat on the forum can point out, i bash J! i must be annoying u every day, i regret.
