Buffie, I think it is just the angle from where the picture has been taken..And as we all know, he is on diet (SS is not feeding him) and thus it shows on his cheeks....he has lost the baby fat 😆 😉 and that has made him look like a bhooda.. But overall he is a handsome man... so wannabe..
