1)The Chairperson can issue memorandums and make announcements....

2)The chairperson can ask a member to quit the club if she feels that the member is violating the rules

3)There will be contests and the winner of the contest will be honoured with a title(title to be decided later) for that week

4)The Chairperson will preside over the ADEC weekly meetings...
