Very well said everyone. We are constantly trying to make India Forums a place where you want to visit time and again. If the other person has a difference of opinion then do not indulge in a fight. Everybody has grown up in a different environment, and may or may not agree with you. That does not mean that we start personal attacks. So enjoy while you are logged on and consider it as a great opportunity to make more friends and learn from each other.

The wars came to a stage where 9 out of the 11 or so topics on the first page revolved around whos better, Armaan or Purab. I am so glad I-F's back on track! 😃

i seem to feel that everything blew out of propotion but here are few small things

1) purab vs armaan is very sensitive issue ....let us tiptoe around it with a little extra precaution

2) one person's wit is another person's sarcasm. if the other person is unable to understand the punch line or the wit in a statement....let us apologise for unwittingly hurting the other person(after all that was never our intention , and apologising does not make us a lesser person)

3)mods work very hard to be impartial (inspite of having thier views on the issue) and maintain peace on the forum.they try to do damage control before things get hard and nasty. let us take thier slap on the wrist mails with a grain of salt and tolerance. you have not been pointed out or accused for something but are being requested to tone down a bit before someone starts misinterpreting you wellmeaning post.
