This is not true. Apurva, Rakhanda, Parmeet in my opinion are far superior actors than Mona. And mona admits that. Mona got the tile role, she got all the attention and publicity. The channel or DJs didn't do any PR for other actors. They are famous today because of their talent and their hardwork. Mona shines in the company of these actors and not the other way. Mona on her own could not carry Mauritius track or nainitaal track. We all know that.
I say give Apurva 1/10th of publicity that Mona got in last 3 years and see where he goes.
Mona gave justice to gawky jassi but post-makeover i don't find anything special about her role. It's her chemistry with with Apurva and Apurva and only Apurva that keeps me glued to JJKN.

well i think JJKN on the whole gave the big brak to all the actors in it,today apurva is known as arman sir ,mona ofcourse as jassi,rk even though had been in the tv industry became extremely ppular as mallika in jjkn,parmeet who was also int he industry for sooo long is today known as raj wherever he goes so is the case with gaurav as nandu , khera as maddy ,manini as pari,samir as purab,karan as rahgav even aryan,office gang and infact every character (however new or old in theindustry)has gained from jjkn and infact has helped their career and while some became stars ,some gained popularity and some made their comeback through jjkn

Hey guys is this a rebuttal for the "Jassi not pretty post ????????????????" . Please guys you may not realise it but you are all coming across as very intimidating for a newcomer . I wanna take a bet you guys laid it so heavy on him/ her . She's unlikely to be back !!This post is the "coup de grace"(last nail in the coffin)

Buffy and some others responded to my post there and said that we were "just defending Mona ". But every one's tone of defense was very aggressive !!
Give a new comer a chance to adjust to this forum na ?

Waise as for your points not all are correct .......... Please its not right to give Mona credit for Apoorva , Rakshanda and Parmeet Sethi's stardon . They certainly are good actors who did a film before her !!

agree with you tina, we cannot saay that mona carved out the others' career....the show jjkn was responsible for all these actors' popularity....i did not remember parmeet sethi from ddlj, in fact i watched ddlj sometimes in 2003 for the first time and i didnt even notice parmeet...but when i watched it for the second time sometimes in 2004, i was like...hey, this is raj sir

rk has been around for quite sometime ...i remember watching her in kya haadsaa kya haqeekat with SS in 2003....but she became all this popular only after jjkn....not every show is this popular..and aporva himself admits that jjkn did something to his career which even pardes could not do😃😃......
