Nandu warns Jassi that she would regret it if she goes ahead and fudges the balance sheet. But Jassi is determined to do it. The fashion show begins, and Armaan goes out after giving an opening speech.

He calls up Jassi and asks her out to dinner since it is Valentine's day, but Jassi refuses. Mallika smells a rat and asks for Armaan's cell phone. She calls up the last dialed number but Jassi after avoiding a number of calls, finally picks up the phone and confirms her receipt of the roses.

Mallika is stunned. Meanwhile, the fashion show is much appreciated by one and all in the audience. Armaan goes back to the office with the pretext of helping Jassi finish off the balance sheet.

Meanwhile Aryan gets the information that Gulmohar is actually in debts and hence he would not be able to sell off his Gulmohar shares!
