Betty became an unwed mother. The JJKN people changed the part to main aapka doosra pyaar nahi ban sakti hoon according to the indian mindset, otherwise in betty story betty never tried to get any patch up done betn ..... In fact she did not hesitate to go till Armando's bed.

That is true - the full script for BLF is on Jassi Pretty site. Betty and Armando - Jassi and Armaan decide to try for a baby on their wedding night and nine months later a little girl is born. This is where series one ends.
