Please explain this dialogue to me. I think everybody will interpret this one in their own ways. People can take it negatively as well as positively. It was said by Raghav's Mom when she was praising Jassi. I think she meant that Jassi is down to earth but her dreams & thoughts are high. Am I right?

No i don't think so. Agar aisa hota to wo Armaan ke peeche nahi bhagti. This proves that not only she is down to earth she is under the earth in pataal lok 😃
