Since you do want some criticism, I shall do the necessary. Albeit its difficult as you have written this extremely well. However, if I had to pick on one thing then it would be this part here *at the exact spot when she had spat those words right across his face* That breaks the flow slightly* The red part, I feel should be phrased differently to enable a better flow- so *where she had uttered those words that struck him as if someone had slapped him hard across the face*

I do hope you continue writing because you are a wonderful writer!
