yes these semi nomadic shepherds r called as "gaddis".they r basically from interiors of mountains & cum down 2 graze their herds during winters in all over the state & sumtimes they even go 2 adjoining punjab areas. wen snow melts in summer they go back 2 their villages.
and if they'd taken it from locals i.e oder than thes e "gaddis" u can buy oderwise they don't even let them touch.u can google abt them.
