Yes i am taking a dig at him for being a poorly written and executed character which u don't like. So u are not even trying to even consider my pov.

The obvious thing she is hawt

Delulu suman's 24/7 mantra- they are made for each other.
V helping suman but this doesn't warrant his undying love, I mean suman is a family member and Obviously every body do the same or is it?
Ravish actually started 2 know the real Vividha after the confrontation. If that is the case thenit is a little creepy and pathetic
Is there anything more 2 add?

@ bold:
Ravish was Ready and Wiling to Love and Welcome this girl in his life whom his mother had chosen to be his bride.

You are right, it need not be Vividha. He would have loved any girl in that place, because he was very ready to give his would-be wife a place in his life, heart and mind. Unfortunately, it was Vividha.

Initially, out of love and respect, Ravish gave space to Vividha to coop up in her new life. Later, on her birthday, he took an opportunity to express his feelings / respect to her. Isn't that what caring husbands in an arranged marriage do to break the ice?

But finally, upon confrontation he realised why his wife was behaving strangely all along, and decided to give way to her and her happiness. Which if Ravish wanted, he could have easily ruined. But of course, he is a gentleman, so he had to do the right thing.

Basically, Ravish set his eyes on the woman, whom he believed was his. And to add to it, she is hawt and beautiful... so why not love her? Anything wrong with that.?? Don't think so. In fact in an ideal world, everyone wants the couple in an arranged marriage to fall-in-love with each other

But now when Ravish has realised that Vividha finds Atharv hawt, he is keeping his distance.

Point is: Ravish also had his reasons to fall for Vivi.

-------

What I also fail to understand is why is he so nice? Why do so much for someone who cares two hoots for you? But trust me, there are still some nice people on earth for whom family values and well being of loved ones is more important than personal gains. Ravish is one such character.

your post is the only sane one I got so thank u, but I still stick with the fact that CVs are still ruining his character for majority of the audience by the way they there are executing his character. His character is more than a supporting character but never a lead because of the high bar set by atharva. If they actually need to show him as a lead they make some serious changes than this illogical track

The more I read threads on Ravish, and disappointments with him, I kind of getting a feeling that people wanted ravish to be a bad man (Gulshan grover types).

Such that when Vividha decides to leave him for Atharva, no one feels guilty. (Neither Vivi nor her fans)

But what disappoints people is that Ravish turned out to be a good understanding fellow, making it difficult for Vividha to just walk out on him despite "being clear" on what she wants.

To top it, ravish turned out to be Atharva's bother. More difficult, more guilt.

Otherwise frankly, what is stopping vividha from leaving Ravish and moving on with Atharva?? Nothing really. (And definitely not that Mangalsutra-return reason. That reason can be broken anytime. Suman won't go any cray than what she already has.)

Had ravish been a bad man, Vividha's life would have been easy and guilt-free, but because he is a good man, she feels obliged to return his favours which doesn't go well with those waiting to see Vitharv re-union.

That is why ravish's goodness is seen in bad light.

I don't know whether Ravish is a lead or parallel lead, and frankly it doesn't matter to me personally. His character was much needed in the story to bring about drama points, and that's why his entry was late but impactful.

Ravish's character doesn't need to be paired with female lead to claim his presence in the show. He is a stand-alone character for now, who at this point is the lynch holding all the characters together.

His character is garnering its own lime-light without reducing Atharva's.

But Cvs are losing their plot by keeping Atharva in baby mode.

They should bring back Atharva to normal and take the story forward.

The story is no longer about the triangle of R-V-A. It is about two brothers from different mothers, their perceptions, love interest for one girl, and their individual places in their own family.

Both Ravish and Atharv can go hand -in-hand without anyone fighting to be in "lead" position. And vividha can play Atharva's wife.

That's my opinion.
