Atharv as he said that Guddi is bad or gandi and he might have punished her in his own way. He is roaming with a rough weapon in his hands with which he could have hit Guddi.

you seriously doubt the stories most important and protagonist Atharva??

Come on !!

No matter how much cvs wanna sell a cheap track but wont ruin protagonist in order to make pair of a female lead and a supporting character .

Atharva is mentally unstable but killing someone takes too far root. In stable state, he had been a good human being. So, no Atharva.

Kailash.. is the real evil. Still I don't think he will kill his own daughter to prevent Vividha and Atharva's reunion.

Though I can't seemed to find any other suspect. But I don't think this trio killed the kiddo either. She might have turned psycho but in the end was just a kid.
