don't you guys think Ravish was pretty much able to connect the dots. He very cleverly asked Vividha about who all are excited about her birthday and when she said few special ones he concluded the special ones are family as there was no reason he should doubt his wife.

He asked Sujata about it who hid it from him and when she said Atharv watched some movie scene there was a sigh of relief on his face.

yes his expressions after Sujata's confirmation makes it pretty much clear that he was thinking in this direction.
