Atharv will be mentally affeced. Also i don't think Atharv will be shown to Vividha this soon. It may take atleast few more days before he informs. In that Pic too Vividha is sleeping on the bed, whereas it should be other way with sick Atharv sleeping, but he is roaming around everywhere. 😆
