Sidhath never felt more restless in his life. He felt miserable, and nothing mattered to him, more than Roshni happiness. For the first time in his life he felt trapped...
An hour had past,.and Sidharth couldn't get his gaze to shift away from Roshni and Dev
"You okay Bro. .".
Sidharth shook his head
"No I'm not okay Rahul..I'm not okay...meri Roshni musebat mein hai. ..and there's nothing I can do at the moment. . ."
"Every time I look into Roshni eyes, all I see is fear. She scared Rahul...she scared of Dev.. ..But for my sister sake, she's tolerating Dev wrath...and it's killing me Rahul...its killing me to see that pain in those beautiful eyes"
"My heart and mind are at loggerheads with each other, and it's squeezing my soul in between. .
What do I do Rahul??. .
My heart is running towards Roshni..wanting to save her from Dev evil clutches.
And my mind is telling me to think logically. .For Kritika sake.. for Mom Dad..."

He tapped him on his shoulders "everything will work out for the best... .We just have to be patient"
Sidharth nodded his head ... He knew whatever Rahul was saying was true...He had to be patient...but for how long. ..
He looked back at Roshni, who was looking back at him from across the hall..
Each could hear the others heartbeat...and theirs eyes began to talk.
"I'm scared Sidharth"
"I know you are Baby..."
"Mujhe darr lagta Sidharth, Dev ne agar hum dono ko kabhi ..."
"Nahin Roshni...Mein aise kabhi hone nahin donga"
"I feel so lost. .and alone without you"
"Your not alone Baby..And you'll never be without me... I'm here with you, hamesha Roshni.. by your side"

Suddenly their eye lock was broken as Dev called out her name
"Roshniii"..
She quickly wiped away a lone tear that threatened to fall from the corner of her eye
She turned to look at Dev who had that usual smirk on his face.
"We're you looking at Sidharth. .."
"No...no I wasn't" Roshni replied nervously
"Good because if I ever find out you met or spoke to Sidharth. ..Then you know the consequences"
Roshni nodded her head. ...
"But it was good to hear that he's angry with you...makes me feel so good" he boasted. .
Roshni closed her eyes..."so you think" she smiled..feeling a small sense of triumph. ..
A while later, Roshni felt the gaze of someone behind her and she turned to find a gentleman ..grilling his eyes into her...
At that moment she realised that the dori of her blouse had become undone.
Dev noticed it too and seductively asked if he could help...
"I'll manage thank you" she replied coyly
Roshni heart pounded as she she covered her back with her pallu and made an excuse to go to the washroom.
"This innocence of yours is what drives me crazy" Dev chuckled as he watched her walk away
"But tonight...I'm going to make you mine. ..no more barriers. ..no more distances...After tonight you will never be able to face Mr Khurana again" he mumbled under his breath...
Dev was about to to follow, when a few guests surrounded him, and he got busy in conversation
Sidharth had witnessed the whole scene, and with gritted teeth, walked over to the gentleman with his fists clenched
"Oh hello Mr Khurana. .How are you"
"Oh I'm fine, but I wish I could say the same about you"
The gentleman looked at him confused
Sidharth gently grabbed him by the collar, trying his best not to create a scene in public and whispered
"If I ever catch you looking at my wife like that again..First...I'll beat the hell out of you...and then I'll ruin you. .and that petty Business of yours...you get that Mr Gopal"
The man nodded as sweat formed on his forehead
"Good" Sidharth replied as he walked away straightening his tie. .
WASHROOM
Roshni was struggling with her blouse..when she heard the door shut. She turned around frightened, thinking it was Dev. ..
Sidharth smiled "Relax it's me Baby" and walked towards her
Roshni took a step back
"Sidharth what are you doing here, if Dev sees you...Go away please..just go"
Sidharth simply shook his head "No"
He continued to walk towards her, as Roshni backed away. ..
Soon Roshni found herself trapped between Sidharth and a wall.
"Sidharth. ..Please. ..Dev dekhle ga"
He placed a finger on her lips and whispered "Sssh"
and slowly turned her around
Sidharth began to trace his finger down her back, which was totally exposed, due to the backless blouse
"Sidharth..." she whispered his name under her breath. .
He began to kiss her back with tiny little kisses...
"Roshni. ..I love you so much" he muttered between his kisses
Slowly, he took hold of the two strings of the dori and began to tie it..as he continued kissing her neck..
Roshni closed her eyes..enjoying the feel of his lips against her skin.
He then grabbed her long silky hair, that was arranged to one side of the shoulder and covered her back with it
"Tumhe aise dekne ka haq sirf aur sirf mera hai..Aur tumhe chuune ka haq bhi sirf mera hai...
Tumhe koi aise dekhe ya chuuhe, toh mujhe bradhast nahin hoga. ."
Roshni tried to move away, but he pulled her back and brushed his lips against cheeks, and savouring the softness of her skin.
Both stood looking into each others eyes...Their lips just a breath away.
Before Sidharth could seal the kiss Roshni placed her hand in between their lips
"Sidharth. ...no...you need to stay away...I can't break your kasam. ..don't make me break it"
"Forget that stupid kasam Roshni...I so badly want to kiss you right now.."
His gaze lowered to her lips with anticipation of a kiss, but Roshni was adamant.
Sidharth stepped back and blew her a flying kiss
"I'll get my you back soon I promise Baby" he said before making his exit...Roshni called out to him
"Sidharth. .."
Sidharth turned back with a smile
"Changed your mind kya ...kiss chaiye"
Roshni nodded a "yes" before shaking it to a "no"
Sidharth smiled at her cuteness
"Toh Phir. .." he asked raising his eyebrows
"I...I...is the family really upset with me...They hate me kya. ..."
"No. ..no...Baby. not at all...that was just a drama for Devs benefit. To make him think he's victorious. .
"Oh. ..mujhe laga ke. .." she pouted
"Baby you are so cute. ..but you know what?? You are really dumb too.." teased Sidharth
"Huh. .."
"Soucho kabhi aisa ho sakta hai. ..ke tumse humari family naraaz hogi. .."
Roshni felt stupid and foolish, as she lowered her eyes. .
"I'm sorry Baby. ..mere wajah se. ..itna sunna aur sehna padda. ..I'm really sorry. ...Dev needs to think that our relationship is over...
He kissed her gently on the forehead. .."like I said...I won't let him harm you again...I'll make things right ...I promise you my love. ."
Slowly he backed away..And soon disappeared. ..
Roshni stood still blushing, with a faint smile on her face.
"I know you will Sidharth. .."
A WHILE LATER
Roshni walked back to Dev, with a cute smile plastered on her face. .which did not go unnoticed by Dev
"Whats the joke my dear...why are you smiling"
Suddenly her smile disappeared
"No. ...nothing...I...I was..."
"We're you with Mr Khurana"
She gulped hard "No. ..No. ..I was just...I..."
Dev snarled and dug his long nails into her hand.
"Your hurting me Dev" she shrieked quietly, trying her best not to attract attention.
He stood watching her in pain, unfazed and undaunted by her pain...The hold on his nails was getting deeper, and Roshni could feel her flesh coiling with pain.
"Oops, am I hurting you Babe. I didn't mean to...
But if I find out you've been lying to me..." he snapped as he let go..
"Anyway... I bought you some Orange juice"
Roshni shook her head. .
"It's okay. ..I'm not in the mood" Roshni replied
Dev smirk slowly disappeared
"Bad manners Roshni my dear. Bad manners. I bought this juice with so much love and you gave the audacity to say no" his voice was harsh, scaring Roshni.
She reluctantly took the glass of Orange juice and began sipping it.
Roshni looked down at his pocket..she needed to find a way to get hold of that pend rive...
"JeejuSa. ..Rahul. ." Shrieked as she walked towards them, almost out of breath
"What is it Jellybean...you okay" asked Rahul
"Woh. ..Woh. ..I saw Dev putting something in Roshni Orange Juice" Soniya said panting
Sidharth turned back and saw Roshni drinking the juice
"I'll kill him...I'll kill him..." Sid voice was laced with anger.
"Bro. ..Bro. ..you can't create a scene. .God knows how Dev will react. ..."
Rahul whispered something into Sidharth ear and he nodded in agreement. .
Roshni head slowly began to spin, as she put one hand to her forehead
"Hey Roshni..." chirped Soniya
Roshni looked up
"Sonu. .." smiled Roshni and hugged her
"So you do remember me. ..Three months no text..no phone call. ..and I still can't believe you left Sidharth for him..." she hissed looking at Dev..
"No Sonu it's not like that. .." Roshni answered, holding onto her head
Roshni lost her balance for a moment and Dev held onto her. .
In the space of time, Soniya quickly a spiked Dev drink, when he wasn't looking
"You okay Roshni. .." Dev asked smirking
"Roshni wiggled out of his hold "I'm fine" hating his touch
Sidharth stood clenching his wrist...controlling his rage
"He's touching her again Rahul. ..kab tak bradhast karu. I just want to go up to him and punch the life out of him ."
"Just give it time..Don't react yet...let's just hope he finishes his drink" Rahul prayed
"Sweety are you okay" asked Soniya concerned. .
"I'm fine Sonu. .." replied Roshni
Dev watched her, as he finished his drink. .
Feeling a sense of victory Dev too gulped down his drink, and watched the drug took its effect slowly on Roshni. ..
Fifteen minutes past and Dev head began to spin too. He grabbed his head
"What the hell"
He looked over to Roshni who was smiling and singing to herself. ..within minutes everything went black
Sidharth and Rahul smiled and walked towards them
"Bro you take care of Roshni. ..and I'll arrange to send this monster home with Roshni body guard"
Sidharth nodded his head and turned to look at Roshni who was gone
"Arre yeh Roshni kahan gaye..."
