Chapter 2 : Ijazat
Who the hell does he think he is? I'll not spare him , he wants to make my life hell na , I'll show him his right place soon! He is messing with Ragini Khurrana , he better beware." she announced and left.
Dev was meanwhile surprised , no one had stood by him when Aanya had left him. Today roshni had earned respect for her after being there for him , she was just a family friend at first but now he wanted to get to know her more.
But his eyes drifted to the guy along with Aanya , even though she had left him at the altar he still loved her , it had been a year and a half but his love hadn't gone.
Tears filled his eyes as he was reminded of those times. That's when roshni got his attention back , that's right she was roshni but to the world she was ragini and she herself didn't know who she was , it was probable she had lost her memory in the plane crash which declared her dead.
"Whatever Dev , I have no time for these useless people!" she said moving her hands in a careless way and Dev nodded.
"Let's move then , everyone's been waiting for you. Sab dekhna chahte hain ki unki pyaari Ro...I mean Ragini kaisi hai." Dev told her and she smiled , a fake smile. Everything in her life had suddenly turned fake!!
"Siddharth will you wait?"Aanya's voice disturbed his stance and he smilingly turned back. He pushed his hands on her shoulder.
"Yes buddy , tell what's it?" he questioned making her smile , she didn't want him to look his boyish attitude ever , he looked very lovable in that.
Aanya hugged him relieved , Sid had helped her a lot and she always wanted to be there for him. As they shared a hug Siddharth saw roshni coming out of the airport exit.
He immediately tightened the hug and pretended to enjoy it but keeping a tab on her emotions from the corner of his eyes. Although whatever he saw was very different , Dev was looking more disturbed and roshni held the stoned expression with a rage-stricken look.
"Bloody show-off. PDA and boring couple , what an unlucky combination!" Ragini snubbed and Sid smirked looking at her and then blew a kiss in her direction.
This seemed to anger her more ,"The nerves of him , hugging some other girl and blowing kisses to another." she raged in anger.
She smiled a sweet smile and with her hand motioned catching his kiss making him raise his eyebrows. He could lipread her saying "Watch now!"
She moved her hand and pretended to throw it on the ground and thereafter stepped on it with her sandals. Then she made an exit passing a winning kiss to him in return.
He smiled and cried at the same time , that was when he broke his hug with Aanya and they headed home. He wanted to start working at once but a party had been kept for the merger of the best Fashion house with the topnotch fashion photographer Siddharth Khurrana!
Siddharth decided it was time to start his plan of action but before that he needed to know about Aanya and Dev's past , something was there and he knew it.
"Aanya what do you have with Dev?" he asked and felt her growing rigid all of a sudden. He had no idea she would react this bad before he saw the next thing she did.
She threw things away in anger and Sid controlled her , he made her sit down , made her calm and said ,"I know it hurts but I just want it to heal."
She looked at him and nodded ,"We were getting married Sid but he was already married to his bestfriend , he lied to me." she spoke crying , her face totally red.
'I won't spare him for hurting her but if he has a side to the story I'll help them coz they both still do love each other , like I love roshni!' Sid consoled her in his own charming ways but still thinking hard.
Other Side
"Ragini , this is my family , maybe you won't remember all of them. I'll introduce you!" Dev said feeling her memory loss wouldn't allow her to memorize any of their faces.
"Of course I remember all. She is Amma , Bhai and Uncle!" Ragini said pointing at the three smiling faces. Dev was surprised , if she had a memory loss , how could she possibly know everyone of them.
"Roshni beta!" Amma called , she was an aged lady of about her mom's age but was as close to her as her own mom.
"Na amma , mera naam ragini hai , kya aap mujhe bhul gayi?" she asked playfully and amma looked at Dev who nodded meekly telling her through actions that he would let her know everything soon!
After a while when Ragini left to her room for resting , she encountered Dev in the middle , he held a confused look and wanted to clear his doubts.
"You know Dev ,amma was telling me you talk so much in your sleep. She told me that you even married someone once in your sleep." Ragini laughed hard and Dev still stood shocked.
'Maybe she got to know all the names because of this habit of mine , I had slept off in the car afterall on the way.' Dev made himself content and put on a smile.
"Ragini there's a merger party today ,we have to leave in an hour maybe so you get ready." he advised her and she left away acknowledging him.
In The Party
Kaise bataaye, kaise jataaye

Bheege labon ki, geeli hansi ko

"Ragini Khurrana is proud to announce her collaboration with Siddharth Khurrana. What a coincidence that there last names should be same." the host spoke cheerfully.
"Maybe they are siblings." a voice was heard and then another one ,"Or maybe husband-wife." The crowd looked at two opposite ends.

Siddharth appeared from an end looking handsome as hell in his tuxedo and the other side lightened up by a beautiful lady in a gown looking much like a princess in white.
They shared a look as they descended down and much to everyone's surprise their eyes never left the others. He was loving this coincidence among everything else and she was dreading seeing his face , all she desired was to wipe of the stupid smile of his face.
As they reached down , Siddharth approached her and her heartbeats started rising much to her own surprise. He was now standing facing her!

"In your dreams baby girl. This college boy prefers someone else!" he said leaning close to her and whispering in her ear , he felt her jitter upon feeling his voice but he backed off.
"May I have the pleasure of this dance?" he asked Aanya who had just arrived to see him and smiled giving her hand to him willingly.

Ragini was approached by Dev and she gave in furiously feeling insulted of what just transpired a few moments ago. He had rejected Ragini Khurrana!
The couples danced around the dance floor staring deep into each others eyes feeling the love but Sid couldn't concentrate and neither could Ragini.
They both were stealing glances from the corner of their eyes , she was in total volcano-mode though and he was loving this avatar.

As the girls started being exchanged , the attention of everyone was distracted but Ragini's eyes never left him. She had to take her revenge, she didn't leave anyone so easily.
That was when she was sure he was going to be her next partner , she took a drink from the waiter as she was being turned around and smirked feeling now was her chance to make him pay.
She faced him in a jiffy , much earlier than she expected and his hand was clutching not her waist but her free hand which held the glass she had intended to throw on him.

"Not so fast eh Mrs. Khurrana?" he questioned and she tugged at her wrist which he was holding so harshly. He fought for the glass from her and when he realized she wouldn't give up he broke it in his hands.
She saw his hand bleeding but his eyes holding no pain , just her heart held pain. "I'm not Mrs. Khurrana!" she thundered and he spoke ,"I'll make you mine."
As he walked away Ragini contemplated why was this guy so adamant to hurt her so much? Did she deserve this?
Precap : "Will you help me in getting Dev and Aanya closer?" he asked Ragini and a part of her wanted to deny but then she hmmed in agreement.
"Then be ready , your personal hell will also be your partner-in-crime from now on." he said wanting to hear a mouthful from her.
"For now it seems your hand was hurt! So how is it my hell?" she asked and he couldn't help but pull her closer to him and tucking her hair behind her ear he said slowly ,"That's what is the most interesting part , isn't it?"
