different... i feel 3 people are involved in this... either all three are main villains or 1 of them is and the other 2 are just his/her sidekicks!

Joker and Shadow is the same...The hoodie I feel is different

We know Yash is involved as he was the one that took Sid wallet and use thought maybe he had an affair with Alex , but that girl got killed and she was left In a very weird position so now I don't know who else could be helping him

But if you say it's three people ...

I am still in doubt about Yash being the Joker. I am sensing he is being used by the real villian. Yash can be blackmailed for whatever reason. I'll be making a post about a particular prediction I have about all this...I just have to think it through...lol!!
