The episode starts with Shabnam dancing on the song DJ wale babu, all the other family members are in the hall and are hell irritated with the noise that she is making. They start planning on how to kill Shabnam in irritation. Next we hear Shabnam throwing things out of Roshni's cupboard, on asking she taunts Roshni saying that she should go back to her sasural. DD wants to slap Shabnam for her ill behavior but Shabnam warns her that she would go to court and sue her.
The entire family starts irritating Shabnam by denying her food, when Sid gets ice cream Shabnam takes it and has it. Sid had mixed something in the ice cream due to which Shabnam starts puking. She goes to a doctor for check up. Her report arrives where she relaxes on seeing that she just had food poisoning. But she sees another report on Roshni's hand and get suspicious.
Later in the night, she opens Roshni's cupboard to find out what were in the reports. Sid and Roshni were smiling coyly as Shabnam was getting trapped in their plan. Shabnam finds out that she has Blood Cancer and she panics.
Precap - Shabnam blames Roshni for hiding her reports and questions her what kind of a sister she is. Roshni replies back to her that Shabnam should first ask that question to herself. Shabnam vows to take revenge.
