Roshni is standing at the window remembering DD words to her when Sid comes and tell her his grandfather used to say they must always smile and face their troubles...he tell her how they have cried to much and now is time for them to stop, he shows her the food that he brought for her it has a smiley face...Sid is about to feed Roshni when Misha comes and knocks the plate out of his hands...She keeps telling him why he was feeding her maid and he yells at her and tell her Roshni is not her maid and ask her to go to her room, he takes her by her hands and place her outside the room. Roshni tell Sid he should not have done that to her as Misha is sick, Sid tell her enough is enough and every time he wants to spend time with her something always happens but not anymore...
DD lawyer tell her that with the new evidence Kritika will get bail, she is frustrated...all are at the court and the judge is about to grant bail when DD and Kesar come with the other earring,Kritika denies that the earring is her but the judge says she will not get bail.
Sid and Roshni visit Kritika and she again say she did not do this, as she is being set up..if it was her she would have destroyed the evidence, she then apologises to Roshni for all the wrong she has done. Sid says Kritika is innocent
Roshni went to Yash and he says DD got the earring along with a letter from an unknown person,he says someone is setting Kritika up and he will help her find out the truth, Sam comes and starts talking about Yash still liking Roshni and he is about to slap her when Roshni stops him
Roshni tell Yash Sam is her sister, Sam says now that Sid has engaged his mad friend Roshni is free for the taking,Sam walks away and Roshni leaves, DD and Kesar are driving home when someone pelts a brick wrap with a.paper at the car, she reads the note and tell Kesar that they have to go to the Khurana's house...
Sid and everyone are working hard on the case when Simran come and says they have not eaten together since Kritika arrest, she goes to Roshni and says she is sorry for not welcoming her ...Roshni and Simran hug and DD enters she say how Roshni already found another mother, she shows Sid the note and it says how Roshni is not safe in their house...Sid says as long as Roshni us with him he will not let anyone harm her...and she must trust him...DD says trust and Siddharth is opposites, Misha is listening to all the talks and say her plan will.be successful as DD will take Roshni home but DD shocks Misha by introducing two bodyguards for Roshni as she does not want her home...Misha thinks her plan has fail and now she will have to do something else...
