Roshni looked at Siddharth entering from the main door engrossed in his phone call ,she held her hand out as he gave his bag to her along with a white rose ,her favourite.
She passed him a smile while he kept the call on hold and kissed her forehead sweetly. She beamed as he proceeded to the dining table.

She smiled upon hearing this and closed her eyes ,her heart racing at a fast speed ,she knew his surprise will exceed her expectations but anything they did together was so special to her!

Roshni was put down on her feet and the room was all dark ,she called for him and next second the lights came on and something dropped in front of her. She got startled at once but seeing what it was tears came in her eyes!

Roshni turned and he was in a bone-crushing hug the next second by the girl he loved more than anyone in the whole world.! They were complete in each other's embrace ,Siddharth kissed her hair lovingly.

She leaned closer to his lips after breaking the hug ,he was happy but his happiness knew no bounds when she mumbled slowly upon his lips ,"I love you too Siddharth."
They kissed as crackers burst outside ,a new year was welcoming them and they couldn't have been any happy than they already were.
"Happy Birthday Roshni!" Siddharth whispered and she hugged him again ,listening to his melodious heartbeats which chanted her name..
