i think beeji is guiding her in the right path
first she told that saas can be wrong at times too
but roshni was quick to clarify and defend simran
she admitted that simran used to love her like her daughter
but situations made roshni do something that changed simran
beeji was so happy to hear that roshni will give her efforts now

well from their conversations it felt like Roshni was at fault. But is she? What has she done to Simran? Nothing as compared to what Simran did to her family. And Beeji must be unaware about that or else she would have scolded Simran about the property issue.

i am sure once beeji knows the whole truth she will make simran apologise to the patels
