Rakhi Sawant has reached the finals of the reality show Yeh Hain Jalwa. She spoke to us about the show, her team and her expectations.
Admitting that she is very tense, Rakhi says, "I have reached here because of my hard work and public voting. Earlier, I was going to contest the final with Ronit but now they introduced a wild card entry round so I am stuck in between the two most popular men on TV – Ronit and Hussain. Public voting is my only support so I have asked everyone including the channel to appeal to the public to vote for me."
On her team of kids, she says," I have worked with them with lot of hard work and honesty. It is very difficult to handle kids but they are all very cute. We used to have fun together and they used to crack some very good jokes. But now we have become more serious and have increased our hours for rehearsals. I am going to miss them all after the show but I have decided to be in touch with them even after the finals. If I win I will give all the money to the kids."
Talking about the other finalists, she says, "We are all going to perform on two songs in the final. Hussain and Ronit's team also deserve to be here. Ronit calls me his little sister and it really makes me feel good."
Interestingly, Rakhi has decided not to visit any temple this time. "I will only believe in hard work this time. I visited lots of temples last time. I have full faith in God - karma karo aur fal ki itcha mat rakho. I will accept the public's decision sportingly."
The finale of Yeh Hain Jalwa will take place on June 1. The eliminated contestants Prachi Desai, Rosa, Shweta Tiwari, Rohit Roy, and Varun Badola are going to perform. Sharad Malhotra won't be able to give his performance due to his knee injury.
