Shweta's characters are always dignified and confident, with enough will-power to charter the journey of life with their heads held high (much like she is in real life!). Even in Kasauti, while her heart see-sawed between Anurag and Bajaj, Prerna never compromised her sense of worth for any man, and could have lived happily as an independent, successful single parent. She needed no support because her fortitude, layered with a sense of compassion, saw her through every adverse situation
From the synopsis of JKBH, it appears that Aradhana is just as strong as Prerna, and is not gonna lie down and take any BS that her hubby hands over to her! While some might question her decision to have an affair, and I too believe that two wrongs don't make one right, the underlying message appears to be that we live in a hypocritical society where a husband's affair is easily ignored, while the woman is called dirty names and dissuaded from seeking a soul-mate outside a loveless marriage. I think the serial is meant to challenge this status quo, and am 100% sure that Shweta will do a FANTASTIC job throughout
