So the cat is almost out of the bag...so perhaps all talks of wedding should be put on hold until Neha, Akku and Aman's respective feelings are fully understood. But more importantly - Aman, who hardly ever lets his feelings known. Judging from the precap, ghar ke bade will get to know of Neha's pain...so what better time than now to confront the elephant in the room.
Ever since Akku and Aman's rishta has been disclosed, there's been a sense of awkwardness in the air. Something just doesn't feel right. So maybe it is a blessing in disguise if everyone including Akku, are to find out the truth.
We all know what Neha feels. Aman holds a very important place in her heart and I would say she loves him. Those tears are a testament to it. I don't know if Akku loves Aman, but she is willing to marry him because she wants to. The only person left is Aman. And in this context he is the most important, but difficult one to read.
Aman is reserved, doesn't talk too much and likes to guard his feelings. I think it's a combination of both his nature and the environment of his upbringing. His Dadi has pretty much suffocated the family due to her harsh and unreasonable ways. So it's going to be diffcult to understand what Aman actually wants. But bottom line is - is he going to be happy with Akku as a life partner?
As a viewer, I have not got the indication that Aman harbours any romantic feelings for Akku. It's almost as though he is simply going through the motions. On the other hand I see a very strange but pure connection between him and Neha. He does not look at Akku the way he looks at Neha. And as they say, aankhein bhi hoti hain dil ki zubaan :)
So maybe it's time for the adults to put things on hold before things are taken any further. Some difficult but serious questions need to be asked. Not just for Neha, but for all parties involved.
