What a heart-wrenching quote. Describes the Neha we saw today, perfectly:(

This was Neha today underneath all those smiles plastered on her face,behind that tinkling laughter and her false bravado. Here was a girl who had fought for her life and the first question she asked after meeting her family,after all those years was the one guy she had feelings for so many years ago. Feelings that hadn't lessened even a bit.

12 years ago,she was a 14 year old teenager just crushing on him but now,in just a day,she had become all of 26. What was she supposed to do,throw a tantrum that her most favorite person in the world,her Akku was now going to belong to the one guy who so many years back,she had fallen for ? So she swallows her feelings,beaming at her only sister who was about to get married. She hugs her,blinking back tears.

She was being the big sister just as how she had promised (in the Mata jagrat festival) she would thus assuaging Akku's guilt.

She was not only a big sister today, but in a true sense, she grew up. Growing up is not a number. It is about maturity & what Neha did today deserves an applause. She handled her emotions well, & did not let her family know what she was going through.

But later,when she couldn't take it anymore,she cried,her heart breaking over the injustice meted out to her. First she had gotten into the accident,then after 12 years of being in coma,she had to wake up just to find out that not even a single thing remained unchanged.

My heart broke for her in that scene😭 Smriti nailed it👏👏. She asks the Lord why this was happening. And then I remembered Durga Maa's words- 'She will get everything she deserves.' Waiting for that day ❤️

We are all waiting for that day too. A special mention to the writing of that scene- As much as she behaved maturely by not letting the family know, she maintained her child-like self by wishing that the marriage would not happen. Isn't that what children, especially, do? Sometimes they wish for things without realising what it really means. She did not realise that in wishing for that, her sister's happiness might be at stake. But then again, we can't blame her, can we? She is not at all malicious & has the best intentions😳

P.S. Did Aman seem kinda taken aback/sad when he heard Akku telling him that Neha didn't mind about their marriage or was it just me ? Your views guys ?😊

I don't know. To me, Aman looked more of relieved. Remember when Neha found out the truth, Aman was the first to notice her expressions of shock, heartbreak. So I guess he was relieved that Neha didn't harbour any feelings for him. Aman does like Neha. But I don't think he has any romantic feelings towards her yet.

Oh & can I say that I am glad that Akansha doesn't love Aman. Please CVs let it remain that way. I don't want Akansha falling for Aman now.

Sam! Hey😊 Thank you for such a long and well written reply 🤗 Completely agree with what you said. Growing up isn't a number. Suraj ,the little boy that he is ,knew how to make Neha talk by his cute drawing,apologising to her. When the others were debating on what to do and how to make her talk,it was he who made her come out of the room. And what Neha did today was so touching. Just for her sister's happiness,she was ready to forego her's. But your end lines said it. She was still a child within which is why her inner desires came out as she prayed to God,wanting somehow that the marriage be stopped. She wasn't being malicious,she was just speaking out her heart just as any kid would do. Kudos to the writers!!👏👏

I feel Aman kinda cares about Neha but he doesn't know yet. I just felt as if his face fell just a teeny bit but that may just be my wishful thinking 😳 I'm glad too that Akanksha doesn't feel anything for Aman but I'm just wondering now if she said that just to not worry Neha ? I have that feeling :/

I was surprised that Akku didn't see the truth when they were in their bedroom. Neha was pretty obviously upset. 😭 But then again I guess that's because I know her pain so I could easily see it.

I actually saw that scene and I thought they'd show something of Aman's inner thoughts, like "Why would Neha be upset about our sagai?" But they didn't show anything like that. He did seem somewhat surprised by the announcement but that could just be our wishful thinking.

Even I want to know what Aman is thinking about all this. Hope they show more about his side of things too in the future episodes. Bold,you maybe right but I'm sure as he interacts more and more with Neha and sees her delightful side,as we know,this wishful thinking will actually become true :') <3

I really feel bad for Neha when she said "I lost my 12 years now Aman also" it shows she is missing so many things in her life without any fault.

I felt that maybe Akku does have feelings for Aman and said she didn't to not hurt Neha. I hope she stay positive.
