Humanity koi cheez hai ? I'm super pissed today. Having the position of 'elders' in a family, should they not have a little bit of common sense and if not that (because it is really rare hmmph),then should there not be a drop of humanity ? By now you guys must now who I'm talking about. Aman's overbearing dadi and his mother and that annoying helper (?)

Neha has recovered from a COMA after 12 years and that Dadi is lecturing on her how to behave ? And calls her getting well,a curse ? Are you kidding me ?😔 She maybe 26 years of age, thank you for reminding, but a person who has just opened her eyes to the world which was unknown to her for so many years, you expect her to behave like a responsible adult in just a day? Aman's mother and the helper was no less but I'm not even getting there. Aman tried to speak up later, maybe I should give him brownie points for that *sigh*

Also, coming to Neha's family,I understand that an 'elder' was speaking and all that, but shouldn't they have stood up for their daughter, maybe not in a rude way but they could have at least spoken up for Neha and told that arrogant old lady how precious their daughter is! But all I see is them getting upset over it after reaching home when they see how upset their daughter is(poor thing,my heart went out for her </3) Very disappointing.

What I loved about the episode was Neha once again ā¤ļø Her entering Aman's house, playfulness in every step, just like the 14 year old Neha used to was adorable! Smriti is doing such a fabulous job! šŸ‘My love for Neha only increases by the minute <3 Also liked Dida cheering her up her pothi with that well thought out story! These two scenes stood out for me 😊

Your views guys ?😊

In terms of emotions, today's episode was completely the opposite. From being adorable & cute yesterday, it was serious stuff today.
Dadi's views/taunts etc only reinforced how people are conditioned from cradle to death. As a child, you can be forgiven for asking questions but once you become an adult, those questions start to hurt. Why? Who decides? What does behaving like one's age really mean? That is the essence of the show. Neha's innocence & the concept that there is no age for anything. Life is about moments & it needs to be lived to the fullest.
Many people might say that being brunt like Neha would hurt others, but then if you look at it, was Neha rude at all? No, she wasn't. At the start, many people might be irritated, but I think at the end of the day, the innocence that Neha has is something people really appreciate.

Absolutely loved the episode in terms of content.

I understand your disappointment on Neha's family not speaking up for her. But that's the very point, isn't it. They've all grown up so they care about manners & not being rude etc but all that is going to change when Neha teaches them how to live again. That speaking your heart out is not rude. It is bliss because not only do you clear yourself of negative emotions, but you also influence & encourage the other to be honest.

In terms of characters, would like to mention Aman. He's probably grown up way ahead of his time & Neha is exactly what he needs to brighten up his life under the reign of Hitler Dadi:)

This show is truly something that we should learn from. Learning to live life in the moment & letting go of things. Moving on & being happy.

Wow,beautifully said Samridhi!!šŸ‘šŸ‘ Bold green, wonderfully said. That is the problem where people think that one is supposed to behave age appropriate and all that which is why as you grow older, that innocence gradually gets hidden. People are so concerned about how they should appear to the others, seeking their approval, sometimes changing themselves blindly to various opinions and to be honest,I have myself been like this when at a point, whatever I used to do,I used to think so much fearing that another person might not like it but slowly as I grew older and I started reading more,I came out of that thinking that it is not easy to please everybody and in the end,be just who you are.

I'm still disappointed with the parents' lack of reaction ,even a little bit but loved your explanation that Neha will bring back that spark where one should live life to the fullest, enjoying every little moment and also I liked the part where you pointed out that speaking your heart out was getting rid of negative emotions and just being honest :') Also, regarding Aman,I get that feel too,he has become such a serious person far from the playful 14 year old he was..

Btw I feel really inspired after reading your take! 😊

Completely agree. Was so disappointed with the way the situation was handled. Perhaps they could have calmed down and been nicer once they found out she was Neha. They should have been shown sweeter. Really weird and actually annoyed me a lot. Don't like the way writers did that part.

Same here. They could have showed at least a little bit of sensitivity, considering how Neha is just recovering from a near fatal accident. And that too, being elders of a family,I expected them to be more logical rather they are being downright insensitive. It annoyed me too. But I guess such close minded individuals also exist, even nowadays!šŸ˜’

Yesterday I was really happy as the story line is not too slow and following exactly the description but today was such a dissappointment. I felt really sad for Neha. Sometimes I tend to forget that such 'rude' people also exist in our society, unfortunetely. really angry at Aman's family and somewhere upset with Neha's family as well :(

Aman's Dadi was a little bit too much today. Maybe she has not seen such a condition in her family any time.
And his mother? looks like she also was more than willing to toe the line, while Neha's family was all hands folded. Totally unnecessary. At least this time they should stand up for their daughter.

But then, this is the culture of UP (the family is from Agra, right?) The elders of family are conditioned to behave as they wish and the young generation will just listen with bowed head.

Like you guys already pointed out, the second episode was such a drastic change from the first. It introduced some more characters - of grey and black shades - and set the stage for the rest of the drama.

People like Aman's Dadi do exist today too, sadly. People who perch on a higher moral ground and take great pleasure in ripping others to shreds. Why? Cuz they have always been that way. If you noticed, Aman's Dadi wasn't just mean to Neha. She was downright rude to Neha's family, her own family and in the entire time she was on the screen didn't once say something nice. She is just one of those women with an acid tongue. And that's that.

However, I don't agree with the general consensus that Aman's mom is rude. I think she is a disciplined, astute woman. Did anyone notice the way she said 'agar isse kuch ho jaata toh?'. She knows and understands Neha's condition. She also knows how Neha's family must feel (knows they would be over-indulgent and rightfully so) and moreover she knows her own mother-in-law. Rather than flaming the fire and instigating it on, she took the approach of a strict guardian. She has Neha's wellbeing at heart, I feel. Someone needs to point out the facts as they stand in a calmer way. She is removed enough from the family to do so and yet close enough to be allowed to. Notice also the way she defused the situation by sending her children away to eat, away from Dadi and her negativity without getting a raise from her.

As for the way Neha's family reacted, I agree with Samridhi. I think it was fitting. Yes they're daughter just woke up from coma and yes the way that lady spoke was completely uncalled for BUT, and that's a major but, they have been family friends are years and neighbours too. Their daughter is going to be wedded into this house. There are some customs and codes of ethics that come with that kinda familiarity. Also yes while Neha with her 14-year-old mind is not at fault, the parents do realise that their 26-year-old daughter ended up at someone's house unannounced. If they had spoken up for Neha, I would have gone into a shock, because it is Neha who woke up from a coma, not her parents and family who have been a part of the adult world all along. It would have been too much had they just trampled the conventions so soon!

This whole episode also shed light on Aman. In fact, it would was a huge insight into why he is the way he is. Did anyone else notice how mercilessly Dadi shot down Aman down every single time he spoke and didn't agree with her? In fact, everyone who didnt bid to her opinions or offer her the services she demanded or hell was even late in doing so, got the bitter end of her tongue. In an environment like that, how else would you expect anyone to have a spine of their own unless they were willing to take on a storm head-on? And as the sole 'man of the house', I can completely understand why Aman would definitely NOT be the one rebelling against it all in a major one anytime soon.

Wow! That was long. Just my thoughts on this epi. Neha as always was spot-on with her wonder, innocence and awe. Loved that she didn't let that negativity harbour. And a shout-out to Neha's Dadi for her amazing insight and Akku for doing the right thing even when it stung.

Hope the show continues to entertain!

I was slightly disappointed too. Exactly dear, there are people like that who exist so I'm just hoping the show goes in a positive manner and shows Neha influencing everyone positively and make them change their rigid mindsets..
